I loved the location and the suite had a lovely bathroom, microwave was such a major convenience that a lot of pricey hotels do not offer. We were surprised we got one and there was even a mini freezer within the mini fridge!

We noticed our blanket had a burn hole in it , we did not request a new one but it was a bit surprising. We booked another day and paid for a king size room for one day, our tissue box in the king size room was not full.

We appreciated the hospitality of having a waffle personally cooked for us. Great waffle and warm, courteous service. We would have appreciated a little more choice such as fresh fruit. Our room had been newly renovated, was very spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a little short of counter space and had no hooks for hanging dressing gown while showering. we had a chuckle about the Kleenex sticking out of the wall plugs that had not been plastered over. Nice touch! Haha. Just kidding. Very pleased with the room and our stay.

This location is lovely and even has a pool although I didn’t get the chance to use it. The manager bent over backwards to make sure I had everything. The room was clean and I felt safe.

At check in there is a strong aroma of curry. I Love curry but it is pungent and not suitable for travellers to be greeted with. Suggest either better ventilation in the back office or air freshener.

Its rare now of days to get a fridge/microwave in your room without paying for it. This room had everything you could need. Dont let the grubby stairwell fool you, they are nice rooms! And it has a pool!

Maybe refresh the stairwell areas, it was a little grubby, and a touch of paint on the spots that have the paint chipped like along the door. The guy at the desk asked for my email address, what I didnt like is that he asked for it to sign me up for the hotels rewards program, so I had to go unsubscribe.

The staff were very cordial. I did not realize that it was a motel vs a hotel, which my 19 year old son was leery of. The location appeared to be in a safe and quiet area with a residential neighborhood just blocks away which eased my sons mind. Breakfast had several options, and a waffle machine with a better than average batter (special recipe from the very nice man who runs the breakfast area). We did not use the pool, but it appeared very well cared for. The owners appeared to take pride in this property.

I liked the size of the room and the friendly staff. The area is a bit drab but not in a undesirable way. Just not the city center so to speak,. There are a few food and store options but for any kind of selection I had to drive a few minutes away.

The immediate area surrounding did not have a lot of amenities. I had to drive around a little bit to find a store and food but not terribly bad. Maybe a list of delivery options or a room map to help get to the spots easier would be a big help.

The room was pristine. The linens were new, crisp and a smooth cool cotton. The room was bright and I loved getting ready with the beautiful illuminated bathroom mirror. The decor was trendy and not busy much like their high end sites. The water pressure was excellent. I recommend this property. The night manager was also full of information and friendly.

I would have wanted softer toilet paper and the hot water could have been a couple degrees hotter. They could also add eggs to their breakfast (not sure if we missed them).

Free breakfast prepared by John, he is a real asset to motel. He was there 4 years ago on our first visit. King size bed.

I am in a wheelchair. All motels could make rooms a little more disability-friendly by installing safety bars

AVery friendly and helpful staff; room was clean, with nice bathroom (including bathtub) and very comfortable bed. Special mention to the adorable breakfast guy, who makes waffles and eggs on demand :)

The location is far away from the center. To reach the city center, you need either a cab (CAD 20), take the bus (CAD 3.5 but timetable not really easy) or walk 45minutes. The front door was not isolated, you could see through it, and with a -14°c wind, you could feel it through.
