By the time we got to breakfast it was only bagels toast muffins and cereal, not sure if that’s the norm or not. It was okay though because we were a bit hungover, LOL. The desk staff were very polite, I didn’t have a credit card and didn’t understand why I couldn’t use my debit visa for the damage deposit and he explained why the best he could and was very nice about it, especially when other people were coming in and yelling at him for simply doing his job. 10/10 front desk staff you have!

Suite was Clean, and spacious. Hotel was usually quiet, AC was responsive, parking not a problem, location was convenient. The kitchen was good and clean, but see below.

The kitchen had was missing most utensils to prepare and cook food. I had to request a cutting knife and a coffee maker. If a “suite” includes a kitchen, then PROVIDE the basic and necessary things to prepare and eat food. This was negligent and disappointing. Your clients should not have to ask for standard items.

This hotel is very dated but renovations are in progress. This did not affect our stay at all but can’t wait to go back when complete. Service is wonderful, all staff are very friendly and helpful Breakfast is basic, but enough to satisfy…bagels, cereal, toast, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice. Price and location…perfect. This is not a 5 ⭐️ by any means. Go and enjoy but expect 2-3 ⭐️ and you will not be disappointed.

It’s in dire need of renovations which looks like they are underway.

This place was great. The decor and rooms were a bit tired.. now but I have full confidence that it will all be refreshed in the near future. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was great. The hotel was a short walk to the main street and pubs. I would choose this place again... and again

There was plenty to like.. the price, the staff. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the main touristy area, bars and restaurants. ok to walk during the day...

The location is central if you have a car The air conditioning was effective The room was secure, with a heavy door, good locks, fire escape nearby Bed was comfortable Big indoor pool that’s well chlorinated Staff member at checkout was friendly

Staff member at checkin was not very welcoming or friendly Curtains in front of the air conditioning were dirty Renovations going on - half the carpark is closed The outside of the hotel looks poorly maintained

The location is very good, close to everything in the center. The hotel is very nice with two areas with rooms. The curtains are pretty dark and even though it's on the avenue, it's quiet. Breakfast is like most cafes here in Canada, everything as expected.

Above our room there were very loud people. The first night we struggled to sleep. We also miss the snack machine on the third floor.

The location was perfect, not a long walk to the centre of Charlottetown. The staff was very informative and friendly.

Upon arrival and check in they placed us in the separate building across the road and entered at the back of the building which was a little sketchy and shabby. The was used bicycle with carriers attached to the back that looked belong to homeless people, leaning on the building by the door. Not very impressive. As we opened the door we smelled the lingering smell of cigarettes in our face. The room was clean but the bathroom is in need of repair. As we were on the first floor by the elevator and front enter we can hear the noice of the doors. I went back out to get something from the car and was greeted by 2 females smoking right at the door. Went up to get ice and a man was coming of the elevator with his bicycle. It made me feel like they were housing low income people in there too.

Checking in and out was a breeze. Very nice people working the front desk. Our stay was short so I don't have much to report. Also, your room coffee perker was easy to use.

the time on the alarm clock is wrong. It is about 1/2 slow. it needs to be reset.

Bed was extremely comfortable!! The air conditioning was amazing! The staff were nice but I didn't know breakfast was Included until it was too late but that's ok!

The price was a little expensive but it was the time of the year I guess. Mostly I was disappointed they couldn't give me an earlier check in time considering I explained we couldn't find a room the night before and had to sleep in our car.

For one third of the price comparing with other three or four star hotel, you can't request more than a clean and safe hotel.

Yeah, the breakfast is a little bit of 'simple' and the outside look is not bright or new. But still, it is a comfort choice for a short stay.
