Absolutely loved our room. Updated bathroom with walk in shower was wonderful. Bed very comfortable. Laundry service was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic with 2-3 different types of eggs. We had to leave early one morning and the young gentleman who manages the breakfast told us to come before we left (6:30am) and he would probably have a few items already made. It was perfect!

The shower shut off early. I was in for roughly 10 minutes and then my husband for another 10 minutes when the water turned off. My husband luckily finished rinsing just before.

The staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the toiletries acceptable, although I would have preferred something unscented. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices - eggs, bacon, sausages, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc. Parking is free in their own lot right in front of the hotel.

Although we were happy with the room, we were obliged to turn the A/C off during the current hot spell. It made a constant gurgling noise that kept us awake. Luckily, we could open the windows and have a soft breeze keep the room comfortable.

The room was more than we were expecting. Such beautiful high ceilings and a lot of space. We even had a little sunroom to read and eat in. Truly felt more like a 5-star bachelor apartment than a hotel! Great location, free parking and friendly staff.

The only thing that we can complain about is the pillows. For some strange reason, to be such a fancy hotel, the pillows were down right awful and they had no feather pillows upon request so we didn't sleep well.

It was a beautiful hotel right in town, close to everything so you could walk everywhere. It had a fabulous breakfast. Parking for the vehicle! Quiet with all and more of the amenities you could need.

There wasn't anything we didn't like; but a small cocktail lounge would've been the crowning touch. Sitting on the terrace in the garden with a glass of wine would be wonderful. If possible that would be fabulous!

Helpful service, very clean and so spacious! Was not expecting what we walked into - exceeded expectations. Definitely would recommend! Beautifully decorated rooms and was I’m so happy to see a washer dryer in our room.

Can’t truly complain but just incase another family is coming with a toddler they only had a pack and play which is not sleep regulated in Canada (out of bassinet mode) but it was an easy fix I rented one from Hannah through Babyquip !

We liked the large hallways and the massage chairs. We loved being able to rent an apartment that still had daily maid service. We were also pleasantly surprised by the beautiful parking lot. Pictures don't show the finished product.

There was a lovely courtyard with nice fountain that didn't seem to be running. It would have been nice to see it operational.

Parkland suite: excellent room, clean, spacious with everything you need. We stayed 3 nights as part of a long road trip so w/m and dryer were very useful. All aspects of the room were excellent. Location is about 5 minute walk to centre but this is good as town gets visited by cruise ships so little noise and feels relaxing. Free parking on site. The breakfast is very good and the staff in there are very good. Although rooms are still not being cleaned staff called every day with clean towels, toiletries, coffee, etc.

I can’t fault anything in truth

The history and decor of the hotel provided a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was made fresh and offered a lot of variety. The shower added to the feel of being pampered. There are 2 massage chairs available for guests free of charge. The parking lot was fenced in and was appreciated on a busy holiday weekend.

The pillows were huge and too fluffy. It would be helpful if there were a variety of options.

Luxurious rooms within walking distance to all the popular streets in Charlottetown. Our two-room suite was very comfortable and we wished perhaps that we had stayed another night since the city is so close to everything! Breakfast was nice to have on site and appreciated being able to park on site as well.

Only (slight) negative is that the shower hot water ran out in the morning. Apparently their hot water supply is quite low, so be quick!

This is a very special property. Everything was so beautiful and grand. The two bedroom suite was large and clean and included a full kitchen and living room. The breakfast and especially the staff preparing and managing the breakfast were fantastic.

We stayed with another couple and a 2nd bathroom would have been a bonus. The electrical outlet did not work in the bathroom and even though we brought it to the attention of the staff it wasn’t fixed. It made blow drying hair a challenge and we were lucky my husband had packed an extension cord. Lastly the 2nd bedroom did not have a dresser, suitcase valet or anywhere to keep clothes or a suitcase. The suitcase needed to be in the living room on a chair.
