The cleanliness was amazing and the morning staff were so nice. Breakfast was good and they are pet friendly.

The evening staff was ok but was jaded and gave clipped answers and comments. Our room ceiling was not sound proof, we could hear everything upstairs of us.

Staff was super friendly. Lot's od shops, restaurants and grocery stores around the area. Easy walking.

My bathroom outlet wasn't working and the hair dryer had no powe and couldn't be used.

Excellent in every way. Great reception, super room, and beds. And delicious full breakfast. And the price? The best for miles around. Thank you, Windham.

My booking.com confirmation states "The final price shown is the amount you'll pay to the property" ($288.10). I was charged $338.09. When I questioned the overcharge @ checkout, the front desk clerk said " That's the amount you owe". I am not going to argue with anyone over a $49.99 surprise surcharge. What I will do is NEVER EVER book again with booking.com or Microtel. NEVER! Bye bye!

I liked the breakfast, I liked the fact the my parents who are above 65 years were given ground floor room which was spacious with a walk in shower.

My parent's room was on the ground floor while my family's room was on the next floor. This was the case, inspite of the fact that we had requested for rooms next to each other. My young kids were disappointed to be away from their grandparents who were visiting us from abroad. Additionally, there was a used shirt of a previous person who stayed in the room. That was disgusting! When we informed the office staff about it, they asked us to bring the soiled shirt to them. This made me question the cleanliness of the property. Also, the tub was clogged and water was stuck. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

Building was not done, still under construction. Parking entry was in mud, I got my truck full of it. I understand there was a hockey team there, so kids running on all floors. I actually checked out the same night for an other hotel.
