Motel Ritz

Furnitures matches, pretty clean, no bad smell, sheets are white, personnel is friendly, lamps have many outlet (easy to find an outlet without moving furniture). Close to most convenient stores. Personnal safe for valued items provided Keys provided for rooms are Assa Abloy lock. It's an added safety feature I love. Feels safe. Glasses provided aren't plastic or cardboard. ***I have been to many Motels for work and I can say this one cares for their customers and their own image.*** I highly recommend

Rooms are a little small but space is well managed.

I loved that it was located near bus stops and quickies and food and clothing places. Such a nice place to go to and it was so quiet omg! The staff was amicable very friendly and respectful we even asked for one more day lol 😂

Nothing at all, my mom find that the room was cold but well it was hell outside during our stays 😅 so me I loved everything nothing at all to complain about

AC was perfect stood up to the heatwave going on while I was there. All the renovations are done with great taste and sensibility. The bathroom felt luxurious and spacious. The bed was perfect height and extremely comfortable; I just melted into it and had a great sleep. The mini-fridge in the room was perfect. The staff spoke many languages and were friendly courteous helpful and treated me very well with care and concern for my comfort.

The brand new toilet is a bit short for me as I am 6ft. Unfortunately most brand new toilets in Canada and USA are being made for the shorter people of 4ft 10in to 5ft 5in tall people.

The outside and inside of the Moritz was super clean. Very comfortable bed and Air conditioning was good The bathroom supplied all needs and also very clean. We would definitely stay there again. The price was a surprise it was so reasonable !

I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room, although the facility in the Reception was good.

Great location, cleanliness and cheerful staff. Coffee at reception. Washroom was nice, comfortable bed and good air conditioning. I'll highly recommend this place. Tony, Justin and Eric were super and this was our 2nd stay at Ritz and we will come again.

I was able to easily book a room online, it is well located, was well greeted by the receptionist, comfortable and clean room, convenient parking in front of lodging, fresh coffee and smoking area provided. Many services and good food available nearby.

Room was a little hot but I turned down the heat and it was ok afterwards. Refrigerator was too cold, my milk froze, I unfortunately forgot to adjust temperature setting on the appliance.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. Staff very friendly and I met the owner who takes an active part in making sure all is going well. Shower was excellent. Close to many restaurants. Will certainly stay at the Ritz again.

This is really a good place to stay over night with your family. The room is very clean and the staffs well trained. They will make your check in and out fast. No hassle

We took a family trip to Ottawa at the end of August ,great location,walking distance to restaurants and stores in downtown Gatineau and about 10 minutes drive to downtown Ottawa .The staff were courteous, our room was clean. Love the big shower head and most of all the comfortable bed and pillows

Room was adequate for our overnight stay. It was clean. Bed was comfortable.

We were very disappointed in the "free" coffee. It did not satisfy. We had to leave our room for a good cup of coffee.
