Suite was great. I was there for work and had a bit of issue with the Wifi one night. Location was great, lots of restaurants nearby, within walking distanceé

Parking was about 500 meters away and 15$ a day. There was an undergroud garage but was not offered to me. I would have appreciated since I had large briefcases for work that had to be transported back and forth to the car.

Suite 214 was WELL laid out, roomy, clean and well decorated. WE LOVED the photos of old Gatineau throughout the suite and the Building. I loved the wood floors and decor that REDUCED my exposure to allergens; I loved the way the Staff maintained Covid SAFETY at all times.

We Could not adjust the thermostats to get the rooms COOLER. I Set thermostats at 18 Celsius and the rooms stayed between 20 and 24 ; so I would open the door to the Balcony to cool off. The Bath Mats were special toweling material lovely in feel and look BUT SLIPPERY and I landed on my bottom the first time I stepped out of shower; PLEASE add a rubber backed bath mat so NOT SLIPPERY WHEN WET.

very very clean and big enough to for my family. there were utensils available for us. There were cups, glasses, plates available. there was even a stove top if you wanted to cook. very impressed.

The location and the limited parking options. I am not a fan of leaving my car on the street

Excellent room, right down to extremely comfortable mattress. Although we had no problems it appeared that there was always front desk staff present should the need arise.

Underground parking is very limited (it's a nice feature to have in the winter), and it would be difficult to park anything larger than a mid-size vehicle. Having said that, it was available and we did use it successfully. Also, the little restaurant was closed, however that was probably COVID related.

Staff were really helpful, great location especially as we wanted to visit the museum, room was big and clean love the washroom, towels plus lots of space. We enjoyed ourselves best feature was the staff

Limited choices of breakfast

We had booked a suite coz 2 mom and 2 daughters staying for a dance competition. Room was really close to the venue we could walk so amazing. Spacious i wish beds wouldve been bigger but over all perfect for one night !

We stayed in a Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed, the room was very clean and spacious, the bathroom was very good, and the kitchen had everything. The location is very good, around 3 min by car or 25 min walking from Parliament Hill, there are several nice restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. The parking was very convenient as well, just on the side of the hotel.

The bed was awesome and so does the room itself. Clean and comfortable, had everything you need inside. The staff are nice and helpful. The place itself amazing.

1. You didn't answer (yes or no) to our attached request to the order. 2. The restaurant was close, so we couldn't enjoy all of the facilities of the place. 3. Area itself looks like a ghost town, outside before 12 pm where only drunks and homeless. Walking distance to the capital, Ottawa, is about 30 min. *** Not your direct fault, you were kind and ordered us a taxi, but the taxi you order, scammed us and took the road of 30 min to the train station instead of 13 min, on purpose and therefore we paid more than double as we should've...

The staff (at least the lady I dealt with) were really friendly and helpful. The location is convenient with a small shop across street and restaurants nearby. Quiet room, comfy bed and nicely setup kitchenette.

The view wasn't great and the neighbouring property did have a bit of car noise.

location was perfect! A 20-25 min walk from Ottawa. 5 mins away from downtown Hull with so many food options. local transit runs fast during the day.

The water in the shower took 15 mins to heat up. Not a major issue. The was a little dusty but overall a great stay.
