Made a reservation for a suite, which was very very spacious and clean. The decor was very pleasing. There was more than enough lighting. There was a half bath and a full bath. This was great and we loved it as we were a family of four with 2 teenagers. The breakfast buffet was great. Quality of the food was really good. The staff was courteous. Totally worth the extra I paid while making the reservation. The warm welcome cookies were delicious. Loved the fact there was a cappuccino maker and an electric water heater for tea in the room. Location, Location, Location - Fantastic location in downtown Montreal. In the heart of the cultural district. Walking distance to Old Montreal. Access to premium shopping mall without even having to step outside.

Have to really nit-pick. I think of a couple of minor things (a) The mattress in the sofa-bed could be better quality. (b) The cooler does not really cool well. I think the temperature could be lowered, but I could not locate the setting. LOL.

Location is great, the staff is really attentive and the bedroom was quite comfortable, nice updated decoration and facilities. They gave us really nice recommendations about restaurants and sites. They extended our stay while we missed reservations to go to Ottawa (due to Air Canada cancellations that affected our schedule). Air Canada strapped us (in every flight in and out of Montreal). Double Tree by Hilton kept our reservation at the arrival time and later on, when we were leaving Montreal they supported us and helped us to find a driving alternative back to Boston. There were no trains, bus or rental cars alternatives that day and they made a really good job to find us an alternative transportation (we needed to get back on time to pick our girls up from Camp. Overall, the service and attention to te customers is great besides the fantastic facilities and location.

We arrived and unfortunately there was a leak in the toilet. We let the front desk know, and then as it could not be fixed, and we had missed Dinner due to the leak, we where upgraded. The staff where so helpful and as we had just got engaged, so it made the trip even more special. Special thanks to Daniel and Noemie. The standard room had been fine, bar the toilet, but the upgraded room was amazing, it was a big room on the top floor and had amazing views. We could not have asked for more. The pool in the hotel was also great to use, and perfect to relax in in between shopping and exploring. We will be back again.

breakfast buffet (badly freezer burned sausages were inedible, scrambled eggs tasted like powder, frittata was lukewarm and rubbery), parking was confusing on arrival, sorting out the 2 different elevators was also confusing at first & somewhat inconvenient, kleenex box in room nearly empty on arrival, and cleaning staff did not replace used tea pods with tea - left us decaf coffee instead (we are tea drinkers)

The breakfast was a sufficient buffet. It was an additional charge to the room, which was fine. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough.

I had made a note several times asking for late checkout, which got confirmed several times as well. Yet the morning of checkout, our access keys stopped working in the morning. We were staying at the hotel to get ready for my sister's wedding, and it was really inconvenient when we couldn't access our floors to go from one room to another. The front desk staff also seemed disorganized when we went to speak with them.

Room was clean! No noise at night. Enough towels. Everything was as expected. Reception staff Maria offered an exceptionnal service. She was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. We didn’t have time to get breakfast in the morning because we needed to leave early BUT other clients seemed like they enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this hotel because it’s really in the right spot. You can go to Place des arts museum, there is so many restaurants and fun activities to do around!

The little door lock that we can use for safety was damaged so we couldn’t use it.

The staff are very friendly and the location is amazing, you can find almost anything in the nearby shops and it's also near to the convention center and China town. Really perfect location

The room due to the AC keeps getting dusty every time I on it, even though the house keeping cleans great every day the room keeps getting this dust out of the AC that fills the room and you can see on the surfaces

great location, clean and well appointed. Very large and very busy hotel.

Only complaint is that we had trouble getting an extra blanket sent up for our son to sleep on the pull out couch bed. Called down two separate times at different times of the day, but it didn’t show up either time after more than an hour of waiting.  it got to the point where it was well past his bedtime, so I found that the housekeeping closet was open and managed to find a blanket myself. 

Nice clean hotel with excellent warm pool and adjacent veranda. Pool opened 8am to 10pm. Open to outside in summer. Comfortable beds.

Our key card stopped working and when I fixed mine my husband's stopped working and then he fixed his and mine stopped working. Staff didn't tell us or explain. Very annoying. 4 of us and only 2 towels. Housekeeping didn't come. Glasses are paper cups.

Stylish and generally comfortable. Can’t ask for a more convenient location. Loved the pool table in the lounge! Warm cookies at reception delighted the kids and the pool was a nice diversion.

There were often very long waits for the elevators. The pool table was missing balls and the pool cue chalk was used up so the cues slipped on the balls a lot. I booked a room with a sofa bed, but bedding wasn’t supplied for the second bed at first and I had to call several times to get both sheets and a comforter for the bed (they brought only sheets at first. The pool had no towels and I had to ask for them to be replenished (it wasn’t busy, just not stocked) and the “lifeguard” spent her shift texting friends on her phone and flirting with other hotel staff, so the pool was pretty much unsupervised.
