First and foremost, the staff could not have been more helpful, welcoming, gracious, polite- they were all amazing. I stayed at another Sonder property in Montreal in 2021 and there were no staff at all, so it came as a pleasant suprise to see that this Sonder is run more like a traditional hotel. The room has a full kitchen with quality appliances, better than mine at home, and a stacked washer and dryer- a real dryer with vent, not the "steam washer" combo that takes forever to complete a wash. They provided me with two Tide pods which was plenty for my two-week stay. The room was quiet despite the frequent cacaphony outside and the air conditioning worked flawlessly despite it only being April (some unseasonably hot weather made this a necessity). Wifi worked perfectly so I could stream my hockey and baseball games. The shower is a delight! The location basically on the Concordia campus (to the extent that Concordia has a "campus" since it's interwoven into downtown Montreal) is fantastic with scads of well-priced and diverse restaurants and outstanding coffee in all directions. It was a very good stay.

The bed was a challenge- it's a Murphy bed and has be pulled down and dressed every day and undressed and put up every night. I found this tedious, especially as I was there for 14 nights. The position of the TV makes no sense- it's in a corner not viewable from the bed and I had to push the couch across the room to be able to watch. The kitchen is beautifully equipped but basics beyond salt and pepper would be wonderful- oil, most especially. Having said all of this, I'd stay here again without hesitation.

The location is amazing, just near the metro station, zillion of restaurants nearby. Everything at the palm of your hand. Clean, with attentive staff that really improved the experience. Nice facilities, a modern apartment with fully furnished kitchen which is very useful, washing machine and a drier. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Great experience!

1. The bed - it's a Morphy bed, which means it opens from a cabinet so it doesn't take space in the room while it's closed. It's not an issue, but it's something that people should be aware of, and we didn't see this mentioned anywhere. 2. Luggage storage - we arrived from Ottawa by public transportation, and wanted to arrive early and store our luggage, we were told theres no luggage storing option on site but that there's a discount code fora storage service. It's important to note that in fact this Sonder DOES have luggage storage and we would arrive earlier if we knew this perhaps other Sonder sites don't have that option. 3. Price is a bit high.

The location was GREAT! The kitchen was well stocked. Furniture and bed were comfortable. There was a problem with a lack of hot water one morning and it was repaired quickly and it was Sunday! Communication via email was very friendly while remaining professional.

Minor things: The water leaks out of the shower as the glass wall isn't long enough to keep it out. Door into bathroom doesn't open totally (runs into toilet). Size of room is the problem which can't be fixed.

Location, cleanliness, ease of getting in and out convenience of the trash chute. Elevator was great. The staff was upbeat and positive provided this with paper towels, laundry and coffee that we needed good directions to local restaurants.

We stayed in the studio. It was a bit clunky, inconvenient and uncomfortable at times. There was no table and chairs to sit around to have a meal. We had to constantly move the couch to get comfortable to watch TV then to set the bed up. You had to move everything around again at bedtime. The steam room, nor the sauna were working. My wife is Korean and she loves the sauna it was about 85° in the steam room was unavailable

The location was unbeatable with the metro easily accessible and endless options for restaurants and excursions nearby. The 3-bedroom suite was comfortable and perfectly accommodated 5 people. The views on the top suite was also perfection. Staff were very friendly and easily addressed our needs.

There were sone scuff marks and minor imperfections on the walls that made us wonder how well-maintained the space was, along with a broken lock in the common bathroom. On the day of arrival to the suite as well as another day we returned from our activities, our door was slightly ajar assuming housekeeping tended to the suite but did not close the door all the way.

Superb location near everything and by a metro station. Good temperature insulation in the room. Sparkling clean. State of the art kitchen and laundry. Beautiful roof terrace. Equipped gym. Super helpful and friendly staff. Good value.

While expected from being so central, it is noisy day and night (I was at the 4th floor). Complementary ear plugs and white noise generator are provided. Wet sauna would have been nice but was out of order during my stay. A roll down wardrobe bed may be good for space usage in a tiny room, but it is heavy to get up or down, and while down, Kitchenette is blocked. It is comfortable though.

Great central location near metro station, mount royal and art galleries. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Outdoor terrace was a nice touch. Luggage lockers very handy. App was easy to use. Had everything we needed and more. The full sized tumble dryer and washing machine was super handy. Nice little touches with washing tablets, washing up liquid, tea coffee salt pepper soap etc

Towels running out at the poolside. We hadn’t appreciated that it was a Murphy bed, a little bit fiddly to get down and put up every night, but it was very comfy.

The room was extremely clean, spacious and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the utensils (pots, pans, kettle, cutlery, etc.). The location was perfect for my needs - right next to Concordia, in the heart of downtown, close to the metro. The staff was friendly and helpful - they allowed us to check in an hour earlier than planned. After the check-out, we left our luggage in the storage for free (there are lockers in the basement).

We had to wait a long time for the elevator, but we were on the 2nd floor, so we just took the stairs.

Rooms were comfortable and exceptionally well located not only for walking but for other transport as well. The morning lady attendant at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

Noise from other units where people were not considering others at 2am onwards but Sonder to their credit responded quickly to our complaint. No map of the city in the room for travelers. Even the brochure for the hop on hop off bus would have helped.

The apartment was just perfect for a few days business stay in Montreal. It has everything to offer that you could ask for. It is very clean, bright, modern, quiet and comfortable and ideal even for work. The idea with the app and door-code is as simple as it is brilliant and still there was always a super friendly person at the entrance in case of any questions. The house offers a modern and well-equipped wellness and fitness area and it is located in walking distance to the city center/ old town in a surrounding of many restaurants, bars and shops. I would always choose it again. Thank you very much.
