We adored this hotel. We stayed in one of the EcoCabins, that are about 150 metres from the main hotel building. This was a perfect fit for us as a couple. We were immersed in nature in this big suite with a separate living room. The back door opened onto a small park area where we regularly spotted birds. The room was modernly decorated, had a small kitchenette including a big table. The staff were very helpful and prepared breakfast for the last day when we had to leave early in the morning. They arranged shuttle service for us at a fair cost. The pool is a separate building right across from the hotel. It is huge and has a swimmable tunnel from the indoor to the outdoor component. There is a small, simple gym on the top floor of the same building. The view from the breakfast room is lovely, overlooking the lake clearly. Breakfast had many, many options including fresh fruit and quinoa puffs etc.

This large hotel sits on the hill overlooking the lake and the town. It is within easy walking distance of the town with many restaurants and bars and close to the small buses running to Todos Los Santos. We stayed in the eco cabins which are on the other side of the road from the main hotel. This area is really quiet and the cabins have good views over the lake. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size . There was a safe in the room. The staff were helpful and friendly.

This hotel is enormous and impersonal. It is geared up for dealing with large tour groups. Staying in the eco cabins helps to take you away from all the negatives of large group behaviours. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Far too many people trying to get to the buffet breakfast at the same time. You couldn't call it peaceful. The shower is one of the old fashioned style , over the bath with a plastic curtain that sticks to you whilst you are trying to shower.

Great location, overlooking the lake and volcanoes, stunning views from our windows. Room was large and really warm. Sofas were comfy and it was nice to sit in a rocking chair just looking out the window. Great to have a hob, fridge and freezer. Bathroom was big and clean. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was really good, loads of choice and plenty of it. The pool area was lovely, we were the only ones in there. The hot tub wasn't working which was a shame. Parking in the garage made us feel our hire car was safe. Hotel was a short walk to the visitor centre, main square, supermarket and restaurants.

The bar staff were playing some very inappropriate music (bad language) while we were having a cocktail one afternoon so we asked them to change it

The hotel has a great feeling to it, the restaurant area is like a cruise ship with fabulous views of the lake and volcanoes. The staff are very attentive, Carlio was so friendly and helpful when we arrived. The room seemed newly decorated? certainly the shower looked brand new. You can make a short walk up to Parc Phillipi, a 30 minute stroll (nice for a picnic) for more volcano views, 1 minute from front of hotel over old rail tracks

The radiator had been left on in the room so that by the time we arrived around 3pm, it was sweltering. The toilet area was a little small but probably due to the large shower so no real issue. We stayed a second time after a trip and the room temperature was fine then.

Room a little bit small for the price, they ordered 2 transfers for us , pick up from the bus terminal, 4 people contacted me on whatsapp regarding the pick up, giving me different instructions how the driver will look....thats why I wrote the hotel on booking.com in advance to go sure that we have just one transfer. At the end there where 2 drivers at the bus station, fighting and shouting at us (just one driver shouting at us) that we have to come with him. At the reception there also where two drivers fighting who was responsible for the transport inour direction. Incompetence of the organsiation and reception staff, also the behaviour of the one driver, because that was not our fault!

The room was spacious and very comfortable It had alm the right plugs in the right places and it was well thought for storage and lay out Staff was very helpful and replied to any questions so quickly There was also Netflix which was a nice surprise for the time we wanted to rest

The breakfast was not the best, it did not offer hot food like eggs which we had in other similar stays Room was a bit dusty but overall clean Location 10min walk away from main street which may not suit to other people

The location was perfect . The staff were lovely from the moment we arrived . The room was ok although it would have been nice to have a balcony with such a beautiful view. The pool was fabulous but hot tub could have been warmer . The food was amazing with a special mention for Santiago the 19 yr old who managed to produce the perfect fillet steak - it was literally perfect. Staff isn’t the restaurant we’re all lovely and really friendly. Made eating in the hotel enjoyable . Would I recommend ? Absolutely

The location is excellent - right on the lake overlooking Puerto Varas. We had a room on the 9th floor with a great view. The room itself is functional (comfy bed, nice bathroom) and meets your needs. The included breakfast buffet was average with the hot items (eggs, potatoes) below average (the eggs were lukewarm and the potatoes were dry and cool). The pool / hot tub are in a building across the street which made it less amenable to use.

The view was amazing! The cabin itself did exceed our expectations. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start every day we were there. The only issue we encountered was that the heating did not work during one of the chilly nights, so we all caught colds. Apparently, the front desk was aware (we discovered on the following day when we asked), but it would have been nice if they had proactively informed us and brought in heating devices as soon as they were aware so that we could have avoided an uncomfortable night. But other than that, the hotel was a wonderful place to stay.

Lack of proactive communication & insufficient helpfulness/friendliness from the front desk. Not up to par with US standards of hospitality. Suggestion: smile to everyone waiting to be seen, let them know you will be with them shortly and ask, in a friendly manner, "how may I help you"? A little cordiality would go a long way to truly making guests feel welcomed.

Very nice hotel, beautiful view on the lake and volcanoes. Comfortable room and bed. Very nice restaurant with view on the lake also. Free covered parking.

Our room wasn't ready at check in time, when there is a 4 hours gap between check out and check in, and the hotel was far to be full, even if there were only a few rooms in the category we booked. The staff first told us that it's going to be ready 30 min later, and then they announced us another 1 hour delay, which wasn't very professional. Our room was really nice and worth waiting, but I would have preferred 1/ to be ready at check in or at least 2/ to have the real delay annonced from the beginning, so that we could have gone visiting the area instead of waiting uselessly. This is not a big deal, and they apologized and offered us a courtesy drink, but this was not the best impression. This was the only downside we had during our stay which was perfect beyond this.
