Good location, friendly staff, free parking. Wifi was good. Comfortable bed and blackout curtains; complementary capsule coffee (3) in the room was a nice touch. View from pool area is great but bar was totally closed and the pool ice cold (May 2022) due to "off season". Special event chocolate-covered strawberries + champagne sent up to the room was very kind.

A bit strange that everything down to the number of water bottles or spare hand towel provided to your room is being strictly counted. Very loud vacuum outside the room, especially not when the DND sign is on. Rain shower leaks ice cold water when using the hand-held and that's extra awesome when there's not even a shower cap provided.. Gives off a bit of a 3* feeling.

Perfect location, an excellent place to rest and to escape from a busy life. The rooftop with swimming pool, a little fitness room and an amazing restaurant was simply stunning. Spacious and comfortable rooms always spotless. I really loved this place, but the most important thing was the human element, the staff was always nice and ready to satisfy any need. The receptionists were warm and attentive, the driver Juan was accurate and professional. Finally an special mention to this team of young people that made my stay memorable specially at the restaurant and the rooftop bar, heartfelt thanks to: Jorge, Dominick, Mai, Matias, Maka, Lore and all the other guys of which I don’t remember the names.

Maybe a WiFi signal boost could be improved.

Well located, not far from plenty of good restaurants and the main shopping street. The room was spacious and bright as was the bathroom. There was a safe in the room along with complimentary soft drinks. Good bed with comfortable mattress and very good pillows. Breakfast was rich with a variety of breads, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts and hot stuff with fresh savoury juices. On the top floor, a bar with a beautiful view of the surroundings!

The air condition in the room was inefficient and really loud. In order to sleep during the hot nights, we had to switch it off and open the window to get a bit a fresh air. During the day, the room was unfortunately quite hot despite having the air condition on.

Staff was friendly, location was perfect in the Providencia area, and the common areas such as hip lobby, breakfast spread, refreshing pool, and roof top bar were modern lovely amenities. Hotel private van brought us to and from Borago restaurant, which we appreciated, but the hotel was also in walking distance to local, casual-fare restaurants two streets over.

More comfort items in the rooms would be desirable, such as towels, tissues, cotton tips, etc., but that is being nit-picky post-COVID for improving an otherwise clean room and bathroom.

The staff were lovely and helpful The location is superb. Metro station and many restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the cable car station The rooftop pool and bar. Great spot for sunset drinks The room and bed was a great size and very comfortable 🙂 (when the air con was working - see below).

Outside of the control of the hotel there was an overnight power cut which affected our room. We changed room, only for the hotel to find that the power cut had damaged the air conditioning. The next two nights were uncomfortably warm. The reception staff were very professional and apologetic and discounted our bill in compensation and brought us up a big fan to help cool our room. I cannot complain about their response to a difficult situation.

Amazing staff. Everything is very clean. The 360 view from the top floor pool is amazing. The location is at 15-20 min walking to Costanera tower and to the park. The Metro is at 3 min walking and the red lines goes to the city centre.

The only drawbacks are the chars from the pool are which are rigid and very uncomfortable and the water from the pool which is ice cold. Another minus would be the TV. It is a classic one, not a smart TV with Netflix and Youtube. Moreover, the remote doesn't work from the end of the bed. The signal is too low.

Great buffet breakfast, loved the rooftop bar, and all of the staff were awesome. Special kudos to Christina, who went above & beyond for us!! Excellent location, walkable to tons of restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and powerful hot shower. Very clean. Staff were excellent. The roof top bar and restaurant was had well presented yummy food with a great view. I didn’t use the pool as it was too cold but had my visit of been in warmer weather I know I would of enjoyed it. The breakfast had a lot of options. I would recommend and stay again. This hotel offered everything I needed for a 4 night stay. Also the hotel transfer I paid extra for was fantastic and very safe

The property is very nice, the rooftop bar and pool view are amazing since you see all the beautiful surroundings and the big tower. The micro location is phenomenal, green and quiet. The staff is very friendly and on the level for a 5* hotel (with one or two exceptions). Staff helped us when we had wifi issues and they were very courteous in regards to our needs and some complaints (breakfast, wifi, slippers). We had a beautiful room and management and staff were very kind to accommodate us. The pool is with salty water and the towels are changed regularly. The food offer is good and food is tasty, and the cocktails were also good. Rooms are huge, clean and very clean, bravo to the staff. We would go back there right now, no question.

The fact that breakfast is not included in price, but the person at the entrance to the breakfast room didn’t say it was 30$. I don’t have a problem paying for the breakfast, but I prefer being informed before I enter. We didn’t get slippers and bathrobe. But, manager did a fantastic job for all of these questions and that’s why I’m leaving a high grade. Also, the bar opens at 10am and closes early (I believe sometime in the afternoon) which is bad because I prefer having an espresso (that I would pay) at the bar instead of not so great coffee from the machine in the breakfast area.

I have to say this hotel ruined me. This is the first hotel I stayed when I went to Chile for my first time. This hotel is absolutely amazing!! The staff there are super friendly, they helped me with everything. They let us drop off our luggage before check in and also tried their best to let us check in as early as possible. I can't appreciate more! The hotel itself, stunning view from the room, I could watch sunset from my bed. The room is clean and had everything we needed. Hotel is at a very good location and very close to many restaurants. Rooftop gym, swimming pool and bar is the best part of this hotel. The first night there, I felt so chill and so so relaxed. I have to say I've never felt that relaxed on my first day of travelling to another country. At that moment, the sunset, pisco sour and breeze totally had me. So appreciate this hotel makes me realize how good my life is.

If being really really picky, I think the fan in the bathroom should have the filter changed even though the fan didn't work. Everything else is perfect!
