There is a bathtub but you can’t use because the hotel doesn’t offer a drain cover, so it’s completely useless.

It has a good location and the bed was good.

Breakfast was not great, no local fruit, fresh juices. Juices were all from cartons. Some staff are nice some appear to be rude / unfriendly. Doesn’t prove to be good value for money. It’s too basic for the price of it.

Excellent service. Personnel was kind and friendly. Alwasy willing to help. The facilities were exceptional.

Breakfast was OK. Reasonable options for mid range Hotel. Staff were very pleasent and helpful. Good swimming pool available.

You had to run the water for a shower for ten minutes before it became hot. The rooms are OK but a little "tired".

Although we don't recommend staying there due to Administration problems, the breakfast was good - had bread, cakes, coffee, fruits, juice. The room was spacious, very well lit and comfortable (except for the AC unit, which we will mention bellow). Location was good, very close to subway, restaurants and Mapucho river, but be careful during night time and weekends - this part of Providencia is a business district so it gets very deserted during those times.

We had an expensive problem with this hotel - when we were checking in, they shown a different (lower) rate than Booking and confirmed it when we questioned (TWICE) the difference. The new value was also confirmed by the physical receipt they gave us. When we arrived home we were surprised by a new charge in our credit card - the most expensive payment method we had - which the hotel argued was due to an miscalculation by them during the check in. Funny thing is that during the 3 nights we stayed there, nobody mentioned their error, only several hours after our checkout. There was no room for negotiation for a cancellation on the credit card and issuing of a different payment method (wire transfer, debit card etc). They also skipped their responsibility on the matter and ignored our last messages. Also, the AC unit was huge, old, loud, had an indicator light that didn't turn off and was either too cold or too hot.
