I am slightly scared of providing a good review because I don't want this fantastic hotel to be overbooked and then it will be super expensive. But there is literally nothing I could say that is bad about this hotel. The room was gorgeous, the building was fantastic, it had everything I needed from USB connections to charge my phone to controlled temperature in the room, to a robust desk, to wonderful water temperature and pressure to shower. This hotel is spectacular and the staff always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay comfortable. I will stay here again.

I don't know why I need to fill out 60 words to say that there is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. The location is spectacularly good, and the staff is out of this world.

STAFF: Fabulous! front desk extremely helpful with everything, especially my lack of Spanish. Their English was excellent, they were personable, considerate and provided lots of options. In breakfast area, the table busser was also a joy to converse with, his English was excellent and though he was busy, he was kind enough to answer my many questions LOCATON: close to bus, and within 5-10 walk to subway, restaurants, shopping. FOOD: Breakfast was superb! Lots of options especially for those with dietary restrictions. ROOM: Immaculate, modern, comfortable. Shower was fantastic!

Good location in a safe neighborhood outside the downtown core. "Heathy walk" to get downtown. Large breakfast would suit Latin and North American tastes. Practically new hotel, open maybe a year. High ceilings in the room.

If you stay more than one night they do not replenish the bottled water or coffee unless you want to pay. Santiago water is safe to drink, I drank it for a week with no problems so if I can drink it, anyone can because I react to water and food bugs quickly. Water taste was not very good but it is safe. Shower is large and the floor gets slippery like ice when it gets wet and they do not give a rubber bath mat, even if you ask for it. No peep hole in the door and no safety (chain) latch.

The breakfast was the best, healthy and something for every one - it really could not be better - I really like this hotel and it’s location, it shows as I am staying here 3 different times on this my only trip to Chile in my life. The room is comfortable and spacious and the bathroom as well, however I have never liked that the fan goes on as soon as you turn on the light, there should be 2 switches one for the light and one for fan. Furthermore I was surprised to see an Arne Jacobsen desk lamp, he happens to be a world-famous architect of buildings and mid century Danish furniture. It turns out the hotel lamps are copies and made in China.

This property is in a more upscale neighborhood with fairly close access to public transportation and food options. The hotel itself feels newer. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large. The breakfast was not amazing but it had many options. The room had a nespresso machine.

The hotel didn’t offer a place to fill water bottles, which is fairly important in Santiago. When we stayed, our room’s keycard wasn’t working, so someone from the front desk had to come up and let us in every time we left the room. Otherwise, the stay was good.

it is a very new hotel with fantastic rooms, very nice cafe area and a good pool. We stayed in a junior suit that felt a lot larger than 25 square meters states in the room description. It is located in a beautiful part of Providencia, walking distance to Costanera Center, EL Giratorio (rotating restaurant), Bellavista neighbourhood. The staff are super friendly. Excellent aircon.

The breakfast was a bit basic. The windows in our room faced the busy avenue so we could hear the cars at night. Otherwise, everything was perfect

Truly amazing service, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made our experience very positive! Incredible location, close to attractions, bars, restaurants. Strong security presence in this suburb, we felt safe wondering around.

no room service or anywhere to get food after a certain time. Drinking water and coffee in our room were only provided on first night of stay. I rather pay a few extra dollars and get both topped up on the daily. no point having a coffee machine in the room if you can only use it once (we were there for 3 nights)

The hotel is very modern and even has induction chargers in the rooms. The lobby is very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has delicious food. I really liked the hotel staff. Everyone is very helpful, charismatic and kind, specially a thank to Sandra, Renata and Sebastian.

The friendly staff was very good. The room was very well taken care of daily and the towels were replaced. The bathroom, although small, was quite satisfactory.

The shower needed to have something to prevent slipping. The complimentary coffee pods and bottles of water were welcome, but they were for only one day! We had breakfast only once, but the food seemed plenty and good, with many items to choose from, including fresh fruit.

This is a very new hotel, all the facilities are new, modern and comfortable. The hotel has two sides, the traditional one with rooms and another one in which you book apartments. I stayed in one of their rooms. I have only positive comments about the room size, bed, bathroom, etc. I also got quite a nice view of providencia. The common areas are also pretty, good designed. The stuff was always available to help you with anything. They also speak good English facilitating the check-in/check-out process. Wifi works well across the hotel. The location is incredible, you are close to two metro stations, many restaurantes, bars, pharmacies, etc.

It is a new hotel and as such, it is still missing some basic elements. They don't offer (yet) room service, the rooms were lacking tiny details (for instance there was no tissue). The breakfast was big enough for us but pretty basic. They don't have a buffet but I deeply appreciate the care about cross-contamination during COVID times. The entrance is still under constructions and It would be nice they add other facilities considering the price of the hotel.
