Walking distance to Ding'an road metro station, which is on the same line as Hangzhou and Hangzhou East railway stations, if you plan to travel to other places via high-speed rail (we came from Suzhou and also spent a night in Huangshan). The staff were helpful and gave recommendations for sightseeing. Walking distance to Xihu (West Lake) and Hefang Road which are added bonuses. The room was quiet. I believe you pay for what you get - wasn't the best hotel I have stayed in, but it was cheap and convenient for our 3 night stay.

We booked a triple room, so there wasn't much space, probably because there was an extra bed. The bathroom was on the small side. The mattresses were a bit saggy, but I slept pretty well probably from all the walking I did!

The location is great with several nice shops and eateries nearby. The staff were very polite and tried to help me with a lot of things like getting a tour or showing me directions. Everything was generally very clean and orderly.

The window was a bit annoying to close. The WiFi didn't work in my room.

The location was good. The stuff did everything to keep the room clean. They were friendly and helpful.

Even though they tried to keep the hotel clean there was a little dirt on the bathroom floor when we just checked in. And the ceiling was a bit moldy.

Location is perfect, very near to metro station. A lots of foods shop around the corner. Neighbours hood is good . Not far from attractions places, just in walking distances.

The ladies at the front desk. Extremely helpful and friendly. Also it’s nice that they offer free washing machine to do your laundry.

The lobby could be remodeled a little to look more attractive.

The area is great. Quiet but safe. Numerous food shops are around. The hotel provides great value. The location is also a good consideration.

The water pressure is not sufficient to me.

A very good welcoming ... a nice room ... very near the lake and metro (exit A) ... a good price Wifi difficult to get but you can be helped at the réception and once gotten, very good

Friendly staff and very helpful in making you feel welcome. Check-in and check-out was super fast and easy. I can recommed this hotel for any moment you visit Hangzhou and is conveniently close to West Lake
