The room for executive did surprise me and it was a little below my expectations but it was comfortable and with all you'd expect in a normal room. The breakfast is great!! So much choice! Happy hour was good in the lounge but it is a bit small and felt very pushed to use and get out as there isn't room for everyone. Location is good and close to the west lake.

Breakfast was good, a nice variety of Western and Eastern. Staff were very helpful at the front desk and the staff in the restaurant tried their best (but seem worried to use English). Shower was amazing, which in Hangzhou is very needed with the weather!
The room was very dark, even at the height of the day. Maybe it was just the location of the room, but it was very odd. The WiFi was poor. Always cutting in and out.

Room has been renovated since earlier this year, so the facilities are really new and comfy. Everything looks better. Room was already cool when I entered - very welcoming detail. Great location - a bit distance from metro but doesn't matter if you hail a taxi to get around. Staff is helpful as usual. Gym is nice as usual.
1 dollar breakfast offer is over - bring it back please!! Bathroom can be cleaner (I saw a bug but just could be summer)
