People there must love their job. You can see that in every details. Location is great for us too. It is not in the center but still has good connection. In fact it’s next to the mountain which is a big plus for us. It’s also next to Tian Mu Li where we found many good restaurants and cafe. I would choose this hotel again if I ever go back to Hangzhou

When the light in the toilet is on, it can be seen from outside…not an issue, but we had to be careful to give each other some privacy. And there can be more light in the bathroom as well. None of these affect our experience though.

Everything was exceptional! Both check in and check out were fast and smooth, the close proximity to the metro station was super convenient. We were amazed by the vast choices at the breakfast buffet and how wonderful the buffet looked, you can also order additional things such as freshly made eggs etc. The room was spacious and came with complimentary mini bar drinks and snacks which were refilled daily, as well as a tea set with two local types of tea and a Nespresso coffee machine. On top of that there was a coffee machine, an iced tea, and a pot of hot tea in the hotel lobby and every afternoon they would be accompanied by a variety of freshly made snacks and sweet treats such as sandwiches, french fries, onion rings and chicken nuggets, cream puffs, oatmeal with yoghurt and fresh fruit. The staff were very attentive and super friendly, some of them can speak english. We were absolutely stunned by everything this hotel offered, we‘ll be back for sure.

Nothing

Location not too far from the subway, room is spacious, bathroom is separated with the toilet, looks modern and clean. Staff is very helpful, especially Ivan who helped me to bring my luggage to the staircase to the subway station. They also have afternoon tea session with a various snack and good tea.

Nothing, this hotel fit my expectations perfectly. But there is still more room to improve by making a more visible sign for the hotel as it's only on the top of the building side and providing more information about public transportation and the tourist attraction.

Very well located, quite close to Guandong Xincun metro stop (just follow the street straight to escalators and you are there to move around in a quite convenient way). The hotel is just amazing, very nice decorated and the attention could be better, Summer and her staff make everything at their hand to make you feel absolutely at home! special mention to breakfast and to playground, if you travel with kids you’ll love to have this area so that they can play while inside.

Really nice and very relaxing hotel. Rooms and furnishing finished to a high standard and breakfast was good quality; mostly Chinese but with some "western" options. Kids enjoyed the little playroom and gym was also clean and well kitted out. Reception lobby/library a nice relaxing space also. Staff friendly and polite and CNY gifts for the children were appreciated. Would stay again if back in Hangzhou.

Location is pretty dull and feels like a very newly built office park. Maybe didn't help that we visted over CNY when everything was closed but there wasn't much close by. That said, the metro station is about 2 mins away so it doesn't take long to get somewhere more interesting.

The staff are very helpful especially a lady with glasses and short hair, did not get her name, recommended places for us to visit and eat. The drivers there are very nice too, cannot remember their name I think one of them is Mr. Wang(hope I get it right).

Find that the shower area is too dark. Nice that they offer free afternoon tea but should have a microwave for heating up.

Amazing hotel...staff were so friendly and went out of their way to assist from helping with directions to getting my husband a hot coffee. The afternoon tea was wonderful experience and definitely something not to be missed each day. The hotel was faultless and definitely value for money

No negatives

It is very clean , refreshments and mini fridge is all free. There is a playroom the kids enjoyed it very much. The laundry room is also great. Breakfast food was awesome. The staff there are very nice and friendly

Internet connection was a little weak but overall still good.

The property is beautiful and clean. Staff was helpful. There are free snacks and drink at the lobby. Room is spacious.

The shower area could have been brighter. Traffic is bad in Hangzhou, do plan more time on the road as the hotel is slightly away from Hangzhou main attraction

Staffs are professional and polite. Especially if you requested for food delivery during night time, you can request the staff for local phone number if u don’t have a local number (local number is a necessary for food delivery)
