Nice pool and in a great location. The pool was an added bonus that we enjoyed using. The air conditioning was strong.

The staff seemed very confused when we arrived to check in. There isn’t a main check in desk so you can’t ask anything or get any recommendations. When we were there, there was no common seating area but this morning there were chairs and tables in the courtyard so I do t know why they were covered during our stay. The wifi was very poor. One day it didn’t work at all. I don’t mind not having wifi but I find it frustrating that the advertise that there is wifi, there’s a code etc in the room and they have a tv with Netflix etc but yet there’s no wifi.

Fantastic location and wonderful room and staff. This property has every amenity I needed for my stay, and was within walking distance to almost everything. The rooftop pool was amazing for an evening enjoying the lights of Cartagena. Wifi that I needed for work was excellent - I never had any problems with connection or speed.

The street outside is a busy one - if you're looking for a quiet stay, this might not work for you. But I loved the Party Buses that went by outside (usually they stopped by 10pm) and being able to experience the sights and sounds of the city.

Very spacious rooms with modern finishings. We were extremely comfortable in this area. In Getsemani but far enough away from the center that you don’t have music blaring through your window at 2am while still being very close to the restaurants & bars in the area. Showers were warm (you may need to wait a few minutes until it heats up). Staff was kind enough to keep our bags for a few days while we travelled to the islands. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cartagena.

Rooms were very clean and look just like in the pictures, nicely decorated. Location is very nice as it’s near lots of restaurant in the lively neighbourhood Getsemani.

Good location but the street can be busy at night and rooms are not very sounds proof. One of us stated in the basement room which is decent vut wouldn’t recommend it due to the lack of windows and the reception/staff area right next door which were watching movies pretty much all night. Staff at times didn’t feel as accommodating as one might expect.

Staff was friendly and available at all hours. The public areas were kept clean. Location was off the beaten path, so it was quiet at night, but added a bit of a walk (5-10 min depending) to get to anywhere outside Getsemani. Taxis were easily accessible right outside the hotel.

People taking tours on the barrier wall could see right in to the room. There were curtains, so not a big deal, just a surprise one morning. I wish the hotel was accessible by key rather than relying on the staff to open the door.

Couldn’t get a better location. Close to everything but just on the fringe so it was pretty quiet too. Quality furnishings and comfortable bed. Loved the little rooftop pool. Staff were so lovely and kind. They stored our luggage and let us use the facilities after checking out because we had a late flight. Highly recommend!

- recommandation: offering water in the room - for those who need really quiet sleep, this place my joy be ideal as some room like us are facing a street with something loud cars and buses. In our case it didn’t bother us.

the property is well located close to the main square while still being far enough to enjoy a good night of sleep.

sometimes there is issues with the electricity/light. but this is a problem in all Cartagena

Location, staff, security, ac, entertainment, swimming pool area, cleanliness. Great place for a few days in Cartagena.

Not having access to enter and exit the main door with a card. Always someone available 24/7 but if they are busy you could be waiting.

Excellent location for Getsemani, beautiful hotel and room. The room was big, very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The pool was stunning with sunbeds, a shower and lovely views across the water to the fort.
