Everything was great. Excellent location right in getsemani close to the plaza. They let me swim in the pool until my room was ready so nice. Nice room with air conditioning. Comfy bed. Breakfast was crepes and juice. Would happily stay there again

The only annoying thing was that they were painting the steps while I was there but they split the stairs in half and I didn’t know which half was wet so I stepped in wet paint. Then the next morning they switched sides again and so I stepped in the wet paint again. They needed a sign to say where the wet paint was.

Nice swimming pool, airco's in the rooms. Good breakfast. Fridge in the room.

We got a room that was not on the pictures and did not like it at all. It was a very basic room for that price. We asked the guy to change the room and he acted very nervous and finally agreed gave us a better room upstairs. The TV in the room was sadly no smart-tv. There is a nice kitchen outside but we were not allowed to use it... You can also only swim in the pool until 8pm...

Loved the location, staff, pool and proper working AC in the room, as it's more than needed 😅 Above all, the location is superb, in the middle of Getsemani, with some relly nice restaurants and bars in the street and nerby surroundings. I always felt safe and the staff was kind and attentive.

There was some construction work going on, but for us that meant just bad timing, as it's a temporary and needed thing to keep the place in tip top shape 😊

Lovely breakfast, fantastic crepes! The pool area is great and the location is perfect, even walking to the old town doesn’t take long, less than 10 minutes. The rooms were a good size and good shower

The soundproofing in the rooms is pretty poor, you can hear everything going on outside as the rooms wrap around the pool. You can also hear things from the street which wasn’t great on a Saturday night (was fine on Sunday)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was really nice to relax in, the whole place was really clean and the staff were really helpful throughout our stay. The location is great, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go and there were plenty or restaurants and bars around. It was quiet at night also and the ari conditioning meant we could sleep well! I wouldn't change anything.

The location was amazing to explore Cartagena (Getsemani and historical center). The house is absolutely beautiful and the pool and breakfast area is calm to take a break from touring the city. The staff was very friendly.

The room could have been cleaner and the bathroom was pretty tight for a family room.

The room needs more places for trash, and maybe room keys should be changed for cards, the key can be lost when we are outside the hotel.

We Stayed only one night just to sleep and go to the airport next day. We couldn't use the pool. The romm was nice and they even facilitate a crib for our daughter. The breakfast was excellent, the AC, a lot of pillows, comfortable bed, cleanness. The attention from staff was nice too, very friendly. Wish we had stayed longer

There wasn't an appropriate blanket for covering while sleeping, and there was music outside on the street that sounded really loud inside the bedroom.

Casa Relax is in a wonderful location in Getsemani. The staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable, and the pool in the courtyard is a welcome escape from Cartagena’s heat.

It would be great if it were a no smoking property and had a water cooler to refill water bottles.

Very nice staff, very good location for exploring getsamani. The room was cozy.

The small pool was under construction during my stay resulting in a decreased water level in the main pool, it was a little difficult to climb the ladder out of the main pool with the low water levels.
