Our stay was exceptional on every level. The room was a cut way above cookie cutter chain hotel rooms. The inside of the building is absolutely lovely. Rooftop breakfast was also a cut above, with fresh fruit and made to order main course. A quiet oasis in a bustling area. But the best part was the staff. Just incredibly friendly and helpful in every way. We were taking the boat to the Rosario Islands the next morning for a 2-night stay and could not take all our luggage with us. They let us store luggage even though we were not booked to stay there upon our return from the islands. That's really above and beyond.

A longer stay.

The room was really clean and the bed comfortable. We loved having access to the pool so we could cool down in the morning and afternoons. The hotel is perfectly located and it was easy to walk safely everywhere!

The room was a bit small, so it can be a bit harder to hangout in the room especially when it is raining outside and we are trying to stay dry for a bit (there are only few areas in the hotel to hang out inside when it rains). We loved our stay and would recommend regardless :)

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent - it is right in the heart of Gestsemani. The hotel let us leave our bags as we arrived before check-in and let us store them there while we went to the Playa Blanca which we greatly appreciated. We stayed in a Superior Double room and a Standard Single room. The Standard Single room was quite tight for two people so if you appreciate space, I would recommend the Superior Double room for comfort

The breakfast options are quite limited - I would appreciate more options, especially being a vegetarian. Except for one or two the staff weren't very friendly, I don't know if this is because they spoke little English and we spoke little Spanish.

Bed and blankets very comfortable and the room had 2 ac units, keeping it the perfect temperature! The pool was small but nice.

There were only 2 lounge chairs, would be nice to have more. Also, I had to let staff know my boyfriend was locked outside as they couldn't hear the knocking and there was no doorbell. If I was with him I'm not sure how we would have gotten inside.

everything about the property we enjoyed. we utilized the pool, the hot tub, and enjoyed beautiful views of Getsemani from the roof terrace. the pancakes for the included breakfast were amazing. staff was very very friendly. the one tiny issue was that the windows above our bed had a small space between them so the noise from outside was a little bit louder than if the windows were completely sealed. but surprisingly we did not have any issues with bugs due to this, just noise at night but it wasn’t bad and we got to sleep pretty easily.

The architecture was beautiful. Being a historic building the beauty and magic of ancient spaniard conquistadors is amazingly wonderful. We went to a wedding and the premises were so close to the hotel, it was so cozy.

The shower needs more pressure and the bathroom door is stucked at the floor.

We absolutely loved our stay in Monaguillo and most of all in Getsemani. We actually preferred Getsmani over the old town because of how lovely and vibrant it is. the hotel was beautiful, the staff were incredible and extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Fabian who made us feel right at home.

Getsmani in general is filled with rows of buildings as a charming neighbourhood. This means no windows in the room but that’s expected from most hotels I would suspect throughout the city. The rooms were small but they maximized space really well. For a short stay, it’s not a problem but if staying for more than 2-3 nights, you may feel a bit crammed.

The room was nice and spacious. The view from the top lounge was nice, and the staff were great.

I wish they had .more people who communicate in english..however, everything else was good.

Very cute hotel in the middle of Getsemani. Extremely clean, very comfortable mattress, huge room. Super nice staff - very detail-oriented. We had an amazing stay!

They should provide more bottles of water.

Beautiful boutique hotel, with excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms, very close to Plaza de la Trinidad; small rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Stored our luggage for a number of days in the hotel when we went hiking in Tayrona National Park.
