I loved the location of the hotel. It was convenient for walking to Old Town and beyond. The facilities were beautiful. It had a rooftop terrace/bar with great views of the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was terrific.

My air conditioner was leaking - water all over the floor. I would have liked more bottled water to be offered free of charge.

Great hotel in a convenient location close to (walking distance) the old city of Cartagena and Getsemani neighborhood. Very spatious and comfortable rooms with good A/C (you'll need it in Cartagena). Fantastic breakfast every day. Didn't use the rooftop bar (it was too hot while we were here) but it looked really nice and had great views looking East and South.

None! Had an issue with our shower head but the staff fixed it within 10 minutes. This hotel is on the pricier end for most travellers but for the end of our trip was worth the extra money.

The hotel is really exquisite in terms of style, shared spaces and rooms comfort. It offers a peaceful environment in the middle of the vibrant Getsemani. The rooftop with pool are very cozy and are a treat after visiting the busy city center. The hotel offers a great choice of exclusive day trips, even thought they seem expensive

One day we missed breakfast time (it was 10.20, breakfast is served until 10, our bad!) but could get not even a coffee and some fruit. One of our AC unit was leaking some water, but the staff tried to fix it immediately.

everything! beautifully structured and comfortable. the rooms were spacious. the rooftop pool and bar had the best views and food! the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. would definitely stay here again in a future stay. it is local to the picturesque streets and high end restaurants. as well at the San Felipe Castillo and el Cero de la popa. if you are into dancing and music, the nightclubs are a street over with the views of the bay. the hotel is family friendly with a convenient mercado, coffee house and laundromat next door. staff can easily reserve a taxi ride for your needs and hold your luggage at check out if you have a later flight. do consider staying here on your trip to Cartagena.

The breakfast was my daughters favorite part, the food was amazing. The staff was out of this world, they were so accommodating and friendly. They helped us with our taxis and any questions we had. I really could not say anything bad about the place. The water did go out one night but I think cause a storm hit the night before but it was up and running in the evening. They really know what they’re doing here and I would not hesitate to stay here.

The staff is really the highlight of this place, from the receptionist to the cleaning staff, everyone has a lovely smile on their faces and are so helpful. The room was spacious and well-designed, the breakfast was scrumptious, the pool is refreshing, and the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Getsemani and only a 10 minute walk away from downtown.

We stayed in two rooms in this hotel. The first one (210) had a strong smell of mold in the bathroom that was almost unbearable. The second room (203), was absolutely perfect!

Spacious and comfortable room. we were in one of the duplex rooms with a half-bathroom downstairs and a 3/4 bathroom (shower) upstairs. great location within the lovely neighborhood of Getsemaní and within a ten minute stroll to the ciudad antigua of Cartagena as well as the takeoff spot for our catamaran trip. the staff was friendly and always willing to respond quickly to any problems/concern. Nice, refreshing rooftop pool. Quality breakfast with lots of fruit and croissants, eggs and sausage and fresh juices. Taxis were easy to get and it was a short drive to the airport. Outstanding in every way.

Great roof top with a wonderful pool. Staff was very friendly but did not speak a lot of English so make sure you brush up your Spanish. Perfect location close to the party area and old town but not loud at all. Breakfast was fabulous.

The room was spacious but in the bathroom was quite a bit of mould on the walls. It was quite difficult to communicate with the staff as some of them did not speak any English.
