Location and breakfast, room view- Though the breakfast could have had more options.

The stairs to the lifts. It is absurd to climb stairs to go to the lifts!! Besides there were no toiletries at the room. Only Shampoo and conditioner, I needed a shower cup and a needle. If it really were a 5* it should offer more benefits at the room. No bathrooms at the beach

- spacious junior suite - proper climate control - towel service and staff ( both english and spanish ) - safe area, many restaurants

- the pool picture is a real catfish, its small for the amount of rooms. we always had space for sunbathing but when the hotel is crowded you will strugle. - hotel can use an update, i think 25 years ago it was fancy but doesnt fit current standards anymore.

Very friendly, helpful staff; close to beach; big breakfast included; close to casino; good size rooms. didn’t use gym, but it looked great. Good wifi in rooms.

Pool is small, loungers in shade most of the time. But beach is right there, so not a big deal. But beach is filled with relentless vendors. which is annoying at first, but you get used to “no gracias” and they move on. spa was closed on Sunday, which was the day I had free of planned activities and wanted to go, but that ended up not being a problem because I got an amazing massage and facial down the street (Rosi Spa).

It’s beautiful but the staff is even better! Location is good. Rooms are also nice. The hotel is very well kept. Nice facilities, great breakfast. Nothing bad to say I would like to say that the staff was amazing!! Thank you Melemis for making my daughter’s Birthday very special and to the staff that prepared and made the surprise possible! Thank you Martin for all the services, recommandations and going above and beyond to answer all my questions! Hope to be back again!!

Nothing in particular but a hotel that caliber , i was expecting at least complimentary coffee and water!

Location, restaurant, bar, friendly staff, location, comfort. The second day of my stay was my birthday. When I got back to my room by the end of the day, I found a greeting card from the hotel staff and a small cute cake! I find this totally awesome. Thank you so much for your kindness, and for making my stay wonderful.

The shower could be of the telephone kind, because that makes easier to rinse the sand away. It would be nice to find bacon in the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is just in front of the beach and around many stores. The hotel does not recommend any specific tours but has 2 tour agencies in the offices on the ground floor. Most of the staff was super friendly and the facilities were clean. My room was nice, with a fantastic beach view and beautiful sunset. The breakfast was delicious, a buffet with different options that were changing from day to day, including traditional Colombian food.

I am a morning person and I love to swim early in the morning, but unfortunately, the swimming pool only opens at 8 am.

I like the employees and it was always clean. However, the price is high considering what the hotel offers

The lack of information at the reception. We used the tourism agency that was located into the hotel. Aquarama tours agency deceived us. They did not provide what they offered. Only until the end we realised the agency was not part of the hotel. They should be more clear since we arrive at the hotel. we also did not know the events and those things were being offered for the guests. Furthermore, I have stayed in other 5 stars hotels which offer coffee and tea. we went to ask for coffee and tea and we had to pay at the end.

The impressive large hotel overlooking the beachfront, with great views. The staff was great and welcoming, and spoke English.

The room vas poorly ventilated, mould could be smelled. The breakfast was not bad, but quite basic compared to other cheaper Colombian hotels we visited.

The breakfast buffet was abundant with fruit, rolls, eggs, juices, and coffee/tea. The service was impeccable, and a beautiful presentation. I think the food was delicious, and it was cooked properly with much variety. I was very pleased.

The business office for WI FI services needs to improve. The computers are slow and need to be upgraded. However, the staff helped despite the computer problems, by letting me use the lobby bellman station to make my check in for my plane reservation. Thank you. Bobbie Peters

Very nice hotel and in an amazing spot right in front of Bocagrande beach. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Amazing view of the beach if you have a room with beach view. The staff was friendly and a welcome drink is offered at the terrace.

The only negative thing that I found was the breakfast. I would have expected much more from a 5 star hotel. The only choice were eggs, fruits and some bread, which I personally found extremelly limited especially if someone cannot eat eggs. Nevertheless, if you ask someone they can bring some ham and cheese.
