It was cozy, clean, comfortable and a great place to stay. In my opinion the Toledo hotel was excellent. Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time.
First of all the staff was nice, however, some receptionists were kinder than others. We encountered a centipede, it was coming inside our room from the entrance door. The price was a bit high but I guess it was due to the holy week. The food from the breakfast was great however our plan didn’t include lunch or dinner, which we thought was expensive to pay for separately. The check out was too early, our flight was at 7pm and we had to leave the hotel at 12am, and we weren’t aware of this information, having arrived at 10pm the first day, I believe the check out should have been different. Overall, we recommend the Toledo hotel, we had a lovely time here and will talk positive things about it to our acquaintances.

EVERYONE IS NICE. EVERYTHING IS NEARBY. EVERYONE IS REAL FRIENDLY DOWN STAIRS YOU HAVE THE GUY WITH THE TOURS WITH THE SOMBRERO. CHIVAS IS MAD FUN THIS PLACE GOT A POOL W MUSICA AND GOOD BEER.

Friendly staff! Difficult if you don’t speak Spanish! I have a little so all was good! Excellent location if visiting Bocagrande.
