The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach, beach towels are provided. Good, hearty breakfasts, we also received one free lunch from the hotel as a gift. There are plenty of opportunities to eat something, do some shopping, etc. around. The hotel is located in more than one building, we stayed in a smaller one, with a separate entrance, to the right of the main entrance, which the hotel boasts about in the photos. The windows in our room were darkened and when opened, they looked out onto the back of the hotel and the back area. Initially, we were accommodated in a room that was too small, but after one night, as a result of intervention, we were moved to a larger room, in accordance with the reservation. The room is large, comfortable, with air conditioning, lots of beds (bunk), unfortunately without a desk.

All the doors in our part of the hotel creaked terribly, they couldn't be closed quietly, they had to be slammed shut, which was very noisy.

What's not to like about this fabulous hotel. For the price and location and standards, you beat the Oz anywhere in bocagrande. Got a upgrade and early check in, absolutely first class service. The breakfast was sufficient and plenty choice with fresh coffee. I have also got to give all the staff 5 stars from the reception to the morning waiters and not forgetting the wonderful cleaners. The hotel is spotless. . I could go on and on,, but I think you have the picture. Don't hesitate, book the Oz, you won't regret it.

Everything was 5 star's. There is nothing not to like about this wonderful hotel.

Bed was very comfortable and large, pillows had soft and firmer options. Staff are very friendly and speak English and we were welcomed with a juice. Breakfast is a great selection of sweet, savory/local options and there is tea and coffee available all day downstairs as rooms do not have the facilities. Shower was very big and the room was decent sized and air con worked very well. Terrace is nice to sit at and watch the street.

Location although great, is very loud and so don't expect quiet. Shampoo and conditioner isn't the greatest I've used, but that's just being picky at this point.

Everything. Excellent very big bed, good tv with more than 50 channels. You are sepateted from you neighbour not only with the wall, but also with the entire bathroom, so no noise problem at all during my 10 days. Nice free breakfast, free coffee all day, lovely staff. Little fridge, good aircon with minimum noise, great shower strong and hot. Even a view on the ocean from far. I really loved that room, conveniant and confortable. I can finally give 10 stars for the first time during my 3 months visiting South America.

Although the hotel was not in the city center, its location was still great with everything you needed a few blocks away. The breakfast offered a good variety, changing daily and the staff was super kind and were always ready to help us.

Although our bedroom was for 4 people, it was too small to accommodate all of us and our luggage, not leaving much more space to move around.

I booked with Oz Hotel but they had moved us to Oz Luxury and we were given a double and single bed room so it was much bigger than I had booked. Greeted with a juice and staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast options were diverse and great. Terrace has a bar and great place to sit and relax. Shower was fantastic and bed was very comfortable.

No issues with this hotel, the staff carried my bags when we were told we had a room at the other location which is just around the corner. Again, very loud as it is in Cartagena.

Since the fist moment everything was perfect, the staff when I arrived was always taking care of every detail, they were always a step forward to my requests. I do really recommend staying at OZ hotel if you are looking for something where you can feel home, away from home. Bocagrande, the neighborhood, is just amazing; it’s the modern part of Cartagena, safe area at whatever time you want to go out. I really want to thanks all the staff for you kindness and your attention at all times, you made my stay unforgettable.

Everything was better than expected.

Hotel is in a great area, central to restaurants and the beach. Breakfast every morning was great, it changed daily and there was a wide variety of traditional Colombian food.

The bathroom was a bit cramped and the roof top deck really should be on the other side where you can view the sunset. It would have been nice to have a bar up there. I believe the other Hotel Oz property does.

best stay so far. staff is super nice. location is great. breakfast is good. the room is so comfortable and the shower is really good.

This hotel is very nice, new, modern, and with friendly staff. The rooms are big and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The roof top is also quite nice with view to the sea. I was really surprised to find such a nice hotel for this price. Definitely a very good deal and will book again.

The only thing I did not like is that my room did not have a real window. All I could see was the big AC outs and it got kind of noisy during the night.
