Super nice staff great pool area awesome breakfast. rooms have a mini refrigerator and a safe which was a nice touch. the bed and pillows are so comfortable. Great location walking around day or night is absolutely safe. I stayed 3 nights i was trying to extend my stay but unfortunately for me the hotel is booked solid

there’s nothing to not like anyone who finds anything wrong with this property is just looking for things to complain about. everything was great.

Breakfast lovely and room modern and clean. Super impressed with the pool area (currently building a pool bar which looks lovely!) staff nice and location in cartegena good! Grocery store opposite the hotel.

Room didn’t come with towels/bath mat/ hand towel. We were given 2 towels when asked but should be in room already. Bath mat desperately needed as floor gets soaked as shower is not sealed very well. On the last day our key card stopped working, staff eventually got it opened but we then couldn’t leave our room for the remainder of our stay which was a huge inconvenience (no apologies were given for this)

The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was very good, especially for the price of the room. I take my stay easier to have breakfast included. Also. The food menu for lunch and dinner was good, but.could be improved with more variety.

They may need more resources, such a phone to order room service and iron. However. I asked for the iron, and they provided it to me, but it needed to be returned to the front desk. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Massive bed, very comfortable. The WiFi worked well and the AC was silent. The pool bar and seating area is very nice, although parasols for the sunbeds are needed. The breakfast was decent but nothing special.

Windows in room are in desperate need of a clean. The TV had WiFi disabled so no access to Netflix, and no hot water in the bathroom. The swimming pool was nice but needed to be cleaned more frequently. The room needs some minor maintenance issues fixed and the bathroom is not the best. There is ongoing building work at the hotel which is noisy. Not bad in our room, but must have been really loud for others.

Cartagena was very hot while visiting it (31C during May) so my partner and I needed a place to stay with a pool, A/C, queen size bed and breakfast. Blue Concept offered what we required. It also has a bar near the pool and a restaurant in case we wanted to have dinner without leaving the hotel.

Wifi range inside our room was bad and even when we got close to the lobby, their router wouldn't assign our devices IPs as if its capacity was maxed out. The hall that take us to our room was completely dark (no natural light access). Our windows were not soundproof and our room faced the pool.

The bed was comfy and there was a big safe. Nice hot shower. Breakfast was nice. Location is quite good, a couple of minutes walking distance from the beach and a couple of minutes with the taxi to the historical centre. We went to an island for a couple of days and it was possible to leave most luggage behind in the hotel.

Room - a bit small the first time we stayed, the second time it was much more spacious. Breakfast - service was extremely slow sadly and was served to people in a random order (not arrival time). So people that came in way after us would get their breakfast first.. Sadly we were in a big hurry and after waiting 45 minutes we asked if we could have breakfast to go, thankfully this was possible.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff and a great pool! The room was amazing, very cold, best bed I’ve ever slept in! Restaurant next door was very nice, they also served the breakfast which was amazing. Close to restaurants and supermarkets and a short walk to the beach.

I didn’t really like the location, but that might be personal preference. Lots of high rise buildings, very business-like with a lot of chain fast food places around. I just stayed in the hotel :)

Good location near to a lot of restaurants, shops and a gym, as well as the beach. Generally modern facilities. Not a loud neighborhood despite being in the thick of it all.

The wifi was too far from my room so would disconnect me every five minutes or so the whole stay which made working hard. The bathroom could have been cleaner and shower door wouldn't close so water would get everywhere. There was a loud sound every 10-15mins for about a minute that came from just outside my window that would make me wake up.

This was a great hotel with such nice staff, nice room and pool area. We had a great time here! It’s close to the beach

The first day we got a smaller room than ordered, and we had to change the second night. The staff didn’t refund any money for this. We personally liked the area in Old Town and Getsemani the most and the hotel is a little far from this, especially during the afternoon there is a lot of traffic if you take a taxi over there.
