Excellent breakfast, service, attention, kind staff and nice room

The staff was superb, friendly and very accommodating.

It was in no way an issue with the hotel, but unfortunately we witnessed an armed robbery at the lobby of the hotel as we were just checking in. All of the staff who were present at that moment were very professional and acted according to their training, and we are very grateful for that. I hope the city and the respective authorities will invest more resources in the area of security, to protect more the tourist industry which is of such importance to the city and the country overall.

The hotel is centrally located and close to the beach. It is close to restaurants, shopping, grocery store, and all of the conveniences that you would need while traveling. And everything was within walking distance.

Better access to the other parts of the city and better beach access would have been nice, and a written list of activities and potential companies for guests that they trust to do business with would have been helpful.

Great location! Very close to the beach and shops. Very easy to get cabs and a big, cheap supermarket across the street. The staff were super polite and helpful. Also saved us some money on cabs. The place was super clean. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was good. You could choose between options and the cook prepares. Can warmly recommend everything about the place! It’s luxurious and in great condition and we enjoyed our stay.

Location is excellent, close to the center of Bocagrande, and two streets from the beach. Swimming pool is small, but has shade, and is often pretty empty. The breakfast is great, and can be delivered to the room at no extra charge. Rooms are nice, and shower pretty big and comfy. Staff is really nice and helpful. All together a great base to explore Cartagena.

The room was clean and pleasant with a comfortable and spacious bed, nice bathroom, excellent air conditioning, very good wi-fi and not too small fridge. The breakfast was tasty and interesting. The staff was friendly and helpful.

An electric kettle in the room would have increased the comfort level. The wardrobe should be bigger.

Great big spacious room for junior suite, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good with a wide variety of choice. Hotel is in a good location in city centre. Everything you need is within walking distance, including some great restaurants as well as the beach. Hotel is located about 20mins from downtown Cartagena via Taxi/Uber

Loved the pool. The reviews said it was small but we did not think it was that small. It was a nice size. Breakfast was fab. Room was spotless. Staff were amazing and so friendly. They put you in a good mood everytime you saw them. Clean. Good location

Staff awesome very kind and lovely personel. Breakfast superb! Facilities renovaded you can tell it's an old hotel but it's clean and upkept. Minor issues while there.

More breakfast options after the 5th day it all runs the same , room 402 noisy Ac faulty keypad loose and faulty bathroom dripped overnight not Major but it needed some repairs. Rooms were a bit small. Un attended pool área. We were out most of the time and these issue were minimal

Room was nice, comfy bed, enough space to unpack. Breakfast was fine, you can select among 7-8 different options. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we even booked a day-tour to Baru directly I’m at the hotel

Our room was in the street side and was a bit loud, both due to traffic and due to noise in other rooms. Not the most soundproof walls.
