So close to the airport. Clean. Quiet apart from the airplanes that fly over (this didn't bother us much, but they do provide earplugs). You can pay another USD 7 to get a ride to the airport (which arrived on time). Wifi is good (we could watch some streaming shows killing time for our flight). Breakfast was basic (pre-prepared and kept in the fridge) but good value.

Payment is cash-only (CRC or USD). We luckily had enough, otherwise it would have been a challenge to find an ATM. The property is in a fairly residential neighborhood, so don't expect great restaurants or other amenities nearby. This place is not really for exploring San Jose. It is very close to the airport and so perfect to spend 1 night to work between other CR travel and your flight in/out. The shower in our room could use some fixing (spray is blocked). With plumbing in CR requiring toilet paper be put in the bin, the bin being _open_ instead of having a lid was a bit disgusting.

The communication from the property was good and they responded quickly to messages. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was airconditioning and hot water. The community kitchen with courtesy tea, coffee, eggs and fruit was a nice surprise. The management helped organize a very reasonably priced driver to take us to the airport in the wee hours of the morning. The gated lane way had some lovely trees. The price was very reasonable.

We liked everything but we do have some advice. It was a little hard to find how to get in as there was no sign out front and there were several properties in the lane. That said, we quickly figured it out. We would recommend bringing food to eat in the communal kitchen as the neighbourhood had limited restaurant options.

This B&B was amazing! Very clean, comfortable, and the staff was beyond helpful. My husband realized he had lost his cell fon when we arrived at airport. I panicked and called to see if it was left on the bed, which they checked and was not. I called back to see if it was left in the cab and sure thing, the wonderful driver drove back to the airport to give it to us. Just amazing people working together to help us out! This place is so highly recommended, not only because of their caring and kind souls but because it's so safe and has everything you could ever need and want. 10 🌟

Terida Airport B&B was very conveniently located to the airport, and the owners are very kind and helpful! They have a binder of information in our room that shared their personal story and gave travel tips. Too cute! They are located close to rental car companies and restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient! The owners and their family live in a house within the property, so if you need something they are there, but there's not reception 24/7. They like to sleep normal hours, and were SUPER kind in lining up a taxi to take us to the airport very early in the morning. I recommend staying here, wish we could have stayed longer!

host answered the outside phone promptly, to let us past the gate. Host prepared a suitable breakfast for us to take with an early departure. AC, bed, and shower were fine. Main Street with many stores is 0.3 km away.

access could have been easier, as there was no sign at all at the street entrance. GPS using coordinates led us to the address, but finding the actual entrance was not easy (the host's email instructions could have been more explicit, e.g., to say that the address uses a 40-m alley, leading to a keypad, whereupon one must infer that one must dial 30#, which was not clear in the dark.)

Terida is a lovely overnight near the San Jose (SJO) airport. The room was comfy and clean. The inner courtyard was quiet with a well appointed kitchen offering tea, coffee and juice. The included breakfast was tasty and robust to get us going on our flight the next day. The owners are quite amiable and have great local advice to offer. Thank you for a great stay.

This hotel is lovely. It’s run by a local couple who were SO helpful! From the moment I booked, they provided excellent communication for the weeks leading up to our trip. And when our taxi didn’t show up the next morning, Darren drove us to our shuttle pick up spot himself. He really helped us out of a serious pickle! It was a great stay.

The only thing I’ll mention is that with the excellent proximity to the airport comes the rumble of planes. Still worth the stay, but maybe bring some ear plugs.

They know what they are there for as an overnight stay before a flight and everything is tailored really simply and well to that purpose. Friendly and informative staff, suitable facilities, comfy bed and shower, additional services like breakfast to go and affordable any time transport to the airport.

It is a no frills hotel and obviously there is a little bit of airport noise being so close. No issues for us but you should be aware of it before booking.

Location from the airport was excellent; it was so close and convenient to get to and from. The breakfast was ready for me in the morning and the owner had also organised a taxi to the airport for me. The room was very clean and comfortable. Some people complain about the noise of the planes and roads but this is a hotel close to the airport so I’m not sure what they’re expecting. It didn’t bother me at all and I slept excellently.

Location is close to the airport. A helpful host, you can ask for a breakfast to go prepared in advance. Comfy bed, warm shower, ok for stay before leaving. You can leave whenever you want. Parking in front of the entrance, behind gate to close the street.

The breakfast was a bit pricy for what you get. It's quite noisy because of planes, there is not so much soundproofing. We went out to get some goods from local minimarket, and didn't really feel safe in the neighborhood.
