I liked the swimming pool; the friendliness of the staff; the quick response to any need. The home is across the street from the bus station. Can take the bus into Dubrovnik from there. Breakfast was enough variety and food. Great balcony area to relax and daydream.

The quick response to any need is also backfiring when it comes to smoking inside the restaurant/ cafe- as soon as you start smoking, an ashtray will be brought over. It isn’t that the room is smoky, but one can smell it. Sitting by a window helps. But when prior sinus issues exist, I would like to caution. The mattress was a little thin; could have been more comfortable. Only hand soap was provided.

- Location is excellent. The apartments are a short walk from two supermarkets and a pharmacy. Just cross over the road and down some steps and you’re at the harbour with two lovely restaurants. Follow the coastal path to some lovely small pebble beaches and more places to eat. The bus stop to go into Dubrovnik old town is directly opposite the apartments. Zaton Mali is beautiful and quiet and only a short bus/ taxi ride away from the busyness of Dubrovnik. - Facilities were great. A lovely pool and hot tub that can be accessed all day and in the night. We often had the pool to ourselves! The room had a hair dryer and lots of leaflets and information to help with our stay. There is also a clothes line to dry clothes. - Breakfast was lovely. Breakfast is served from 8am-10am, quick table service, and a choice each morning of a lovely selection. Highly recommend the omelette and the chocolate pancakes! - Cleanliness. The rooms were cleaned every day, fresh bedding and towels and the floors were cleaned. The restaurant area also appeared to be very clean. The pool was cleaned every day. - Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were always greeted with a smile, and one morning when we said we were in a rush, and needed to get the bus to go into Dubrovnik at 8.15am, we were offered our morning coffees in take away cups.

The only negative was the mattress, we found it to be incredibly uncomfortable. We felt every spring, it made a loud noise anytime we moved in the night, which made sleeping comfortably difficult. The only solution I think would be to change the mattress.

I had an amazing stay at [Hotel Name]! The service was exceptional, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the location was breathtaking. The highlight for me was definitely the jacuzzi with its stunning views. Plus, the personalized and delicious breakfast made each morning even more enjoyable. I can't wait to visit again!!

Nothing that would disappoint you

The property is very close to Dubrovnik old town. It is convenient if you travel through this route. We stop every year in this hotel. The swimming pool is great if you travel with kids. Mine love the pool and the sea is close by ,too. You can enjoy the view from the swimming pool.

The main room did not have air conditioning and it was very hot to sleep in. We had to leave the door open to get it cooled down from the air conditioning in the living room.

Staff was amazing! They were so nice and helpful all the time. Delicious breakfast! Pancakes that I will remember for my whole life Pool and jacuzzi were opened 24/7, excellent if you want some romance with sky full of stars above your head Beautiful view all around with all the hills and sea. We also got a gift which we couldn't take with us unfortunately but we were really pleased, also we got apperitive from the owner - orechovica (drink from wallnuts, amazing taste)

Nothing, just from time to time smell of food was in our room from kitchen below us. There is not a lot of good restaurants near the accommodation, it is only problem for those, who don't have a car there.

Clean, calm place, swimming pool, there was a place to rest and chill with a view to a mountain after a long and active day. Location also great - about 15-20min to Dubrovnik. Breakfasts were super tasty! However it was not possible to connect to wifi, but it is not a big deal for us. To sumarize it was pleasure to stay :)

Breakfast was marvellous and plentiful with many choices, all prepared and cooked to order. Variations of their standard menu were no problem, the staff went the extra distance to accommodate your requirements.

The background music in the restaurant area was a little too loud for us.

In the street, easy to arrive, visible. Reception 24h The pool was clean. The terrace to spend your time. You can go the one beach near (20 min by walk) very quiet and romantic. Next to Dubrovnik (20 min by car)

The breakfast is not suedish buffet, it exist a menu and the staff bring to you the order. To get to the room you have to go through the restaurant every time. I don't like that. There must be a separate entrance. Close to the location, there are 2 poor stores to buy food.

Free parking in front of the property. Very clean. Delicious breakfast! Helpful host.

Noise from upper room was unacceptable at late hours, i.e. after 11pm. Unfortunately it wasnt taken care of despite many complaints. Room was entered even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Not sure why...

Great location close to the sea and only 8 km north of Dubrovnik. Friendly and supportive staff, clean room with all the necessary accessories. Spacious pool and lounge area.

The breakfast was delicious and yet with somewhat limited number of options on the menu.
