Quiet and peaceful location perfect to relax from. Lovely pool, close to the beach, and some good exercise classes and entertainment. Personally we loved the food. If you are looking to go to another country and just eat bog standard English fare then you will have more limited options. If you enjoy a range of fish meats, carbs and vegetables you will be fine. Limited vegan and veggie options from what I could see, especially on the protein side. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Especially the beds. Showers were great. Rooms were separate enough from the main building to prevent excess noise. Went to the spa and had a wonderful massage. Lovely and capable therapists.

Nothing really. The hotels downside and upside is its location. The island is beautiful but requires access via a ferry so ensure your arrival and departure times match up with the boats, or speak to the hotel to arrange a transfer in advance.

perfect location to just chill out and have a relaxing breakaway, with more than enough sun loungers for everyone so there was no worry about getting one even at a later time in the day. Room was big and bed comfortable with lovely double balconies. some nice entertainment in the evening, but most of all the Staff, who went above and beyond to help us after we had left behind some items in the hotel room.

The property is clean, with the rooms being a good size, good showers and we were lucky enough to have a balcony with a beautiful sea view In particular the staff are helpful and very attentive with very positive attitudes

For anyone with mobility issues, some of the rooms would be difficult to reach

Absolutely beautiful setting, stunning. Being right on the beach was lovely - so had pool and sea right there. Everything very clean. Staff were lovely - dining room staff very friendly, reception staff also friendly but in more formal way. Food was nice - not outstanding, but nothing wrong with it. Very quiet, so great if want a relaxing break.

Very quiet, and not much going on in the hotel by way of activities. Also restrictive that had to get ferry to mainland, and from October the service is greatly reduced. It meant we had to pay for a private transfer on the day we left, as the ferry times were no good (8.15am ferry for 5.30pm flight!).

Location was stunning ,resort is in an idyllic location breakfast was great , excellent choice of beverages ,the rooms are basic but comfortable and if I was going again I would pay extra for a sea view

The rooms were basic enough and we looked out at a wall we tried not to spend too much time in the room and would pay extra for sea view in future

Nice secluded area. There are literally 2 hotels on the whole island, quite far from each other. Kolocep is a nice island, you can walk to eastern part for about 2-3km one way, lots of cliffs and forest there. Beautiful. Very good amenities in the hotel, lots of sunbeds both at pool and at the beach. 3 bars, seriving good selection of cocktails included in the AI (but better use the pool bar or restaurant bar) Food was great, lots of variety.

Not directly related to hotel, but it's really hard to get to/from Kolocep on Sunday. There are only two ferries per day. There is a mythical ferry from the village on the other side of the island, but haven't found anyone who could confirm the schedule. Not the best organization of reserving seats for dinner - first you need to find youself a seat and only then go to the buffet for food. We didn't do that, so had to stand with full plates for a while when waiters were cleaning a table for us (they didn't hurry much or there were not always enough staff).

the property was clean airy and well maintained throughout the day. Staff were enthusiastic and happy to see you and the list of activities available every day was impressive. The Croatian lessons were a fantastic and thoughtful touch. The variety of food and drinks available were impressive. Vegetarians may have struggled. The cocktails in the bar were gorgeous but POTENT 🤣 We didn’t avail of the spa and just stuck our nose into the gym 😆. Plenty of sunbeds and there are plenty of walks to be taken to explore the island. The smell of honeysuckle throughout is unreal. We brought snorkelling gear with us and when the sun didn’t come out that’s what we did.

the cooking station in the restaurant is not big enough for the size of the hotel. unfortunately when we were there the weather was far from on our side with rain thunder and lightening. also because of the bad weather it meant the ferry could not come to us and we had to hire a private transfer to get off the island to go home. That boat ride in is something I will never forget. and not in a good way. i understand the weather is out of everyone’s control. Mataeo and his boat were amazing. Thankfully we were not sick!!!

Beautiful setting , great surroundings , excellent staff

I think the property is starting to look tired the paint work in a lot of places around the villas is crumbling , not an issue inside the restaurant . Our biggest issue is we booked a taxi through yourselves supposedly to the resort only to find we had to book a ferry the night before when the taxi company rang us to say it should never have been booked . I have tried to raise this as a complaint as I paid the £82 which could never happen !!!! Also the one free night in the A L carte restaurant does not apply to anyone that books through yourselves even though it’s on the website?????

Staff was super friendly, enjoyed the hotel as a total. Was a overall good experience.

One of the days had not hot water, I felt the food could be a step up for the price that one is paying compared to other resorts at same level, I would suggest open backup villa rose to the people so one can have drinks and light food there, the other restaurant should be included. There should be some transportation arrangement made from the hotel to the guest before there arrival, I would also suggest a transportation to take people to the other harbor in order to have drinks at that hotel. I would suggest marketing to a younger crowed since there are so many stairs and a lot of walking. For me was not a issue but I heard many people compelling.
