Just as advertised. Perfect for sleeping and coming and going. Not for sitting around, which we don't do much of when traveling - we are out and about and exploring. Twin beds worked well for my girlfriend and I.

2 things. Could have used another plug or two to charge our phones/camera more easily and there is an outside sitting area right outside of our bathroom (room 4), which our neighbors utilized and they were very noisy. Not a huge deal.

The location was amazing.

I had booked this place on the proviso they agreed we could leave our luggage while we went sailing. The host agreed prior to me booking then when I arrived the host said they couldn’t do it then tried to charge for this service. I would not have booked had permission not been granted. Apart from that, apartment was lovely and in a great location.

The location was great. There were lots of lovey restaurants close by and the sea just a stones throw away.

No plug next to the kettle in the kitchen, so we had to boil the kettle between the beds. One of the sheets had a rip in it and one of the coffee sachets was already opened. It would be better to cover the window on the door as it lets in a lot of light.

I liked the surrounding atmosphere, apartment design/style, cleanless and location. Accessing the apartment was easy - a very good communication with the owner.

There are not so many things we didn't like, perhaps bed sizes (they are really small but good enough for a few nights).

We love this hotel . My third time here . Love the rooms , the outside relaxing area with a pool which is difficult to find in the old town . The staff were lovely and the location is excellent.

The only downside is there is no breakfast available nor a bar / restaurant however there is plenty of choice within a minutes walk and they have a mini bar in the rooms plus complimentary tea and coffee on offer .

Easy online check in. Location was great, 2 minute walk to the main promenade. Room was spotless.

We were not aware that the balcony was shared with other rooms, and the rooms above ours had to access through the stairway beside the balcony.We thought it was private. We only stayed one night so it was not a huge issue, but if we had been staying longer this would have been very disappointing.

the location was excellent- in the heart of the old town, but quiet at night

I travelled alone and got a twin room. The beds were tiny- children's beds, which is fine for me as I am small, but beware bigger people not to get a single bed

The room was very cozy and comfortable. We were on the last floor and had a cute terrace area in a shared space. There are no elevators, but it didn't affect us. The location is perfect, very close to Diocletian's Palace and lots of restaurants in the area.

Location and price, cute and quaint.

No hot water as we apparently switched the boiler off by mistake. Perhaps they could put a sign up saying do not press? Or instructions of his to switch it on and off because we have no idea how it happened.

Beautiful old property, spotlessly clean and great location . Staff were friendly and helpful with our luggage.

If I had to mention one little niggle it would be that the bath towels are very small but plenty of them !
