I loved how the hotel was beach front. Staff were really nice.

You had to pre book beach lounges, so other guests would book front lounges for their entire stay, meaning many of the beach front ones remain empty for the entire day (as they do day trips etc). We had to use chairs facing a hedge so no view whilst the front 2 rows were empty for 2 days. I don’t think they should allow guests to book chairs for more than 1 day, so all paying guests get the opportunity to have beach front chairs..

Room was Ok, not very new, but was clean and had everything you need. But we did not stay in the room very long at all, as the whole property was beautiful, so that you will definitely not need the room for more than sleeping and showering. Breakfast was amazing, had everything somebody could possibly need and more, that meant event some cypriot specialities, definitely 10/10. We did not book the dinner buffet in advance, but used it twice. Is not cheap, but is definitely worth the money. Also a la carte restaurant is beautiful. Beach is really nice, I mean there are more beautiful in Cyprus, but more remote or overcrowded as Nissi Beach, but for a beach just in front of a Hotel it was one of the the best I have seen so far. Pool is also perfect, sunbeds and everything also. Really nothing to complain. You definitely see that the management has an eye on details as I have not seen one flaw in the facilites.

Just one negative point, the noise isolation of the park view rooms could be better, as you hear the noisy Quads running by the streets through the whole night. But that is a general problem to Agia Napa due to the party tourists. Also when we arrived the initial room was little bit smelly from smoke of propably some guest before that was tried to be covered by some perfume or so. Didnt really work and when we complained we got a another room with no discussion that was totally fine.

The room, the facilities . The spa was amazing and we loved the gym as well as the deck restaurant. The staff was great, very helpful One of my best holiday It was my Bday and the staff was so attentive and we have a few Bday surprise waiting for us. The restaurant by the swimming pool . Yummy , didnt taste like bar food. A couple of vegan options Amazing

The only thing that was a bit of a miss is the fact that they didn’t have much vegan options in general. Especially at breakfast. Some things are easy to make : Vegan pancakes with a banana base our even vegan banana bread are easy to make . Maybe some avocado toasts would be nice for breakfast and some sort of vegan yogurt 😊

Comfortable hotel for relaxation + In general, I liked it. The hotel itself is small but cozy! Well located in relation to the beach (close) and not far from the center of Ayia Napa. The beach is amazing! The sea is azure, very clean and warm, light sand. Liked booking sunbeds under the palm trees. The room is excellent, with a view of the sea, overpay a little, but you will not regret it. The view from the balcony is amazing. Our room was freshly renovated with new furniture. Service and cleanliness of the rooms at a high level. Breakfast is decent but not luxurious. The dinners lacked seafood.

Free water is provided only upon arrival on the first day. - Coffee for breakfast is draft, like instant. - The air conditioner, working on the minimum mode, cooled the room intensively. - Little entertainment, only live music in the evening for those who sit in the restaurant

The grounds are well kept and the restaurant was wonderful. The rooms are comfy and clean 🫧. The breakfast was great.

The pool is A bit too small and the additional payments for coffee capsules was not appropriate... I thought that I've paid enough to receive 5 more capsules of coffee for the machine as part of common courtesy. Also, we bought sunscreen in the hotel store and they charged me 15 euros. When the actual price on the street was 3 Euro's!!! They charged me 150 euros for a cheap bathing suit (my daughter forgot hers) that was 25 euros in local stores. The hotel location was very far from the city center and the link given to me for the taxi transfer from the airport was wayyyyyyy too high. They took 200 euros!!! When a local taxi took only 65 euros on the way back.

Everything was just perfect: + Perfect service + Own beach (in fact this is common beach but specifically in this hotel it's perceived as the own one) + Great location (+5 minutes by walk from nice cliff jumping point - Bridge of Lovers) + super view from balcony + Good cocktails ! (Which is quite rare for beach hotels ) + Multiple restaurants and bars with different meal options + Great food in restaurant + Very rational zones planning + Amazing atmosphere + Good zones + Adult only format, almost no kids + Multicultural with most of tourists from EU

No major issues at all. The only very minor thing was the attitude of one of the receptionists ladies (but only one, as the rest of them were very helpful and nice)

Staff were amazing and super friendly Welcome drink upon arrival We had a late arrival due to our flight and were provided with a small plate of sandwhiches and tortilla chips During the day we were provided with small cold towels while lounging on the sunbeds as it was a very hot day Buffet restaurant for dinner was very nice. Breakfast was great with lots of choices including fresh pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice Parking was underground and easy Rooms were cleaned twice a day

Very nice hotel situated in a beautiful garden, with direct access to sea. Friendly staff always ready to help. Clean comfortable rooms. I liked that every room gets assigned sun beds for the whole stay. The hotel is on a wide sandy beach with crystal clear water. Food was delicious. I like that you have coffee machine in the room. Definitely great hotel and we will for sure return
