I liked the view of my room. The pool is nice . Nice breakfast and thematic dinner . The girls in the spa as doing excellent work ! They had nice live music every day . Nice parking.

The only I didn’t like it’s that I requested 4 months in advance to have a room on high floor and when I arrived they gave me a room on 2nd floor because there was no availability on higher floor . After talking to the manager we managed to get the room I requested already so months in advance. But that was the first impression I had about the service. Fortunately there was good ending even I got stressed .

Very beautiful and tastefully designed hotel. Breathtaking views from the sea-view room and very rich breakfast buffet. There were plenty of activities in the hotel area including tennis court, spa and play room with different board games. The outside pool area is very aesthetic and stylish. The whole hotel was absolutely spotless with very clean rooms and halls. Staff was very friendly and helpful, making us eager to return again to this hotel. All in all we had a very pleasant and relaxed stay.

The food was amazing. The service meets the high level standard. The staff has attention to every detail and is very careful. The beach was wonderful. Free lunch was provided even after check out for the full board guests.

The hotel is immaculate at all times and the finishes are of very high quality. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, and happy to help. The quality of the food and drink available is also very high. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and there is plenty of choice. We ate in Ezra one evening and this really is a fine dining experience. The pool area is kept clean and the sunbeds are very comfortable. We had a prestige swim up room have would recommend people to get one of these, as they are very large and the outdoor private swim up pool is a nice luxury as it is only shared among the 5 rooms of this type. We had room 608 which has the biggest outdoor balcony area, and a corner view facing the sea. Overall, an amazing experience and will we definitely go back.

Room was amazing with sea view, bed was super comfortable, extra pillows available if needed, very clean apartment! Had options next to the bed to press; open and close balcony curtains, switch lights off etc. Technology was great. Shower & bathroom were stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, plenty to eat and drink. Cocktails were tasty! Pool side bar always open and nothing is ever too much for the staff. Lifeguard always present keeping things in order. Pool was very good too - cold but helped in the heat. Plenty of pool space and most people got in it, great swim to start the day off. Sun loungers were excellent and comfortable, best we have ever come across. Plenty available and even those that float on the side of the pool, nice touch. Great place to stay, 5* and looking to book again already!

The hotel was very elegant, modern and clean. Upon arrival we received wet towels and lemonade🥂 The room was beautiful, comfortable and cleaned properly. The location of the hotel is great as well, 2 mins walk from a grocery store and a bus stop too, which takes you to the center. The staff was exceptionally nice and professional in every facilitiy☺️ We had breakfast every morning during our stay, huge range of food, delicious and good quality.

Only two small negative things about our stay: -all the toiletries in the room had mens smell, it was not really unisex -there was a DJ playing by the pool in the weekend, which was a nice idea, but except a few good songs, the whole set was pretty boring (also heard other guests say the same)

We spent 7 wonderful days in the company of special people, who managed to create an atmosphere of a real summer vacation. The hotel is wonderful. You can't find anything to spoil your good mood. The food is diversified and of the best quality. We chose BB but we recommend HB because the evening meal rises to the level of the hotel's stars. The pool is great and the hotel's ventilation system is efficient (there were two days of 42°C at the beginning of June). Congratulations to the management team and we are sure that the young employees will also learn from the more experienced ones. Thank you AMARANDE -AYIA NAPA-CYPRUS!

The room was clean, and comfortable. We also ordered room service and the quality of the food was excellent. Breakfast was also rich.

We had stayed in many 5-star hotels before so we expected some complimentary fruit, or chocolate in the room, but unfortunately, there was none. Something to make the guests feel special (especially since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary which the hotel had been informed about in advance).

Amazing clean modern new hotel. Loved my stay. Very nice, clean, neat modern rooms, everything is new and works well. Pool was lovely, clean. Room cleaning/staff was great, pool waiters/service was great. Overall very nice experience; I plan to come back here on my next visit. I loved the Pool DJ on Saturday.

1 small recommendation - I recommend having the hotel car entrance procedure a bit more sophisticated (maybe camera that reads the license plate and opens gate/allow guest to register their plate number). Currently requires you to exit your car, walk 2-3 meters to the scanner to manually scan your card. Not a big deal, but might as well implement giving you have an amazing truly 5-star hotel :)

After the stay at Anassa, I would say this one came second. The room with the pool is the longest I have seen at this level, overlooking a beautiful view of the beach and the landscape of Ayia Napa. Staff at the reception is cordial and helpful. I also thought the lady manager (I forgot the name) at the pool side restaurant, where we had lunch on the day of our arrival was amazing with her service and attention. The hotel has a nice store on the B1 level that pretty much has a lot to offer for beach goers. The sun downer set up in the evening with the live music against the backdrop of Ayia Napa Beach view is stunning.

The room has a lot of tech inside, but I would say the room control panels aren’t what I expected. Could be simpler and a lot less complex. The lights on the panel don’t switch off at night and therefore sleeping was a bit of issue. There wasn’t a bidet in the WC area and that was an inconvenience. Had an experience of waiting exceptionally long for a coffee at the breakfast in the morning and was however told later that breakfast was closed (although the coffee was asked for much earlier).
