Nice hotel. I think everything was very good save for minor points. Check in went smoothly and fast. The room was good. We got the room with double bed as requested (much appreciated). The room was clean. Size of room was okay. View was to the parking but if to sit on the balcony you have a pretty nice side sea view. The room had all necessary amenities (hairdryer, bathroom amenities, towels, free 1L bottle of water, tea/coffee, kettle) except for iron (was available on the 1st floor) and hair conditioner (but may be it was available on request, I forgot to ask). The room had good natural light and also very good nighttime lighting (lamps). Breakfast was very good - good quality and good selection. And good espresso coffee included to a regular breakfast (no need to pay extra). I also liked my spa experience. The massage treatment was great! Location is nice if you do not want to go to bar street for partying (it is a bit remote from the bar street). But is good for romantic getaway.

Negative comments are minor: It was a bit noisy at night due to proximity of the road (we could hear motorcycles) but it did not disturb much. I wish personnel on check in to be more friendly and happy (it was with a bit bureaucratic mood). Also it was a bit strange that for tennis there is an additional charge (to rent a court and separately for rockets and ball).

Everything was excellent during my stay at the hotel. Hotel is located in the quiet area, a bit far from the center of Aya Napa (10-15 min by walking distance), which is really good. Nice beach is very close to the hotel. You can reach the Love bridge within 10 min just walking along the coast. The breakfast was good enough, not that much variety of food, but everything was tasty. There is a nice restaurant also at the hotel. The hotel is newly renovated, has a modern design, especially I liked the lobby:) The staff was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend this place for staying in Aya Napa.

We liked this hotel very much! The stuff is so friendly and ready to help with any questions. The room was cleaned every day attentively Breakfasts are fresh and tasty! The view from the balcony is great and one more plus - it's sunny on the balcony in the morning only but later in the day it's not hot and you can stay in shadow The amazing sandy beach is just a few mins walk from the hotel We also liked the gym and pool zone

Our room was next to the elevator so we could hear it's noise and also people talking while waiting for elevator. So the sound isolation is an issue. Sometimes we needed forks/knifes in the room but we didn't have them

The excellent breakfast buffet, nice jacuzzi, a calm hotel with cozy ambiente, two steps from a very nice beach, our suite a big room and shady balcony, super comfortable bed and very big walk-in shower. The staff at the welcome desk was very welcoming.

Indoor pool is not very deep for swimming, the breakfast rooms seats the smokers in the nice outside area so that as non-smokers we were bound inside, and the (otherwise kind) cleaning personnel speaks so loud so early in the morning that we got woken up. But these are minor points in an otherwise excellent hotel.

We have had the most amazing stay. The hotel is absolutely stunning and has a lovely relaxing vibe about it which was everything we had hoped for for our “baby moon”. The pool area was great, lovely and quiet - a nice place to relax. The room was great (we got upgraded to a junior suite which was a lovely surprise on arrival!), really comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly, warm and welcoming. Breakfast buffet has lots to choose from. We will definitely return if we are back in Ayia Napa again.

Internet speed was measured at 180 Mbps in the room; - Professional and friendly staff. Particular highlights were Paraskevas and Gabriel at the Pool Bar; - Well presented, nicely garnished and top-notch cocktails served at the Pool Bar. The cocktails were made using quality alcoholic drinks; - Entry to the Spa & Fitness centre was included in the room rate. The Spa covers the basics. There are a couple of saunas (Finnish, steam), a couple of Jacuzzis, an indoor swimming pool and a relaxation area. There are also changing rooms for men and women with lockers, several showers and a toilet; - Towels are provided to guests in the Spa changing rooms free of charge; - Robes and slippers for the Spa are provided to guests in the room free of charge; and - Excellent breakfast buffet with a good selection of fruits and veggies, smoothies, pastries, waffles and pancakes amongst others. There is also an omelette station.

We stayed there with my best friends for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. We had a great time! The location is great because it's not in the centre of Ayia Napa where it's too busy but still is close to everything and you can walk easily around Ayia Napa from there. It also has a beautiful sea view from above. The room is spacious and clean spotless. Most importantly it has enough pillows and the bed is very comfortable. The facilities of the hotel are excellent, we really enjoyed the indoor pool which is great to have if you are not travelling in the summer months.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, elevators were very fast. Quiet room, good bathroom with enough space inside. Good view from room. Breakfast was everyday the same, but i had everything i need. Very good coffee, strong espresso. Dinners were good, but you need to pay for drinks like water or cola, but it is not expensive to compare with hotels in other countries. Usually it was not gorgeous dishes, but everything was tasty and fresh. Once it was meat day and it was delicious, and i could choose from 6 hot fresh sauses. And they have spa and sauna, i was in low season, so i could sit in jacuzzi alone, it was very good after the gym. This hotel is about 5 minutes from the bus stop, but this place was not noisy, it is about 10 minutes from the center, and you can sleep in quiet place and go for dancing or hiking. In 10 minutes we found walking road near the sea. Staff can speak English, Russian, German, that s what I heard. It is good hotel, great deal.

Sometimes in my room 320, i heard like zzzz from electrical panel When i opened window it stopped, but it was not enough discomfortable to ask fix it

Decided to visit Ayia Napa for the weekend in early November and stayed at the Napa Mermaid Hotel. It was a great decision because the quality for the price (under 100.00 EUR for 2 with breakfast) is excellent! The spa area and indoor pool were well maintained and a was generally a relaxing experience. Breakfast had a lot of options which is a bit rare in Cyprus, even for some hotels which cost much more. The staff was really polite and the rooms were clean. I would highly recommend it!

Not much to dislike for that price. Just keep in mind that this hotel is not on the beachfront, you do have to cross the street and than walk down to the beach. But you get there in a few minutes. Fantastic experience overall!

Hotel is lovely as are the staff. We had a suite which was lovely so facing the pool with its own rear pool. Accommodation cleaned everyday and fresh towels. Sauna and gym great, bar great.

Maybe put bar pricing up so as not to pick up menus to see cost We would have probably ordered more then. Sometimes you worry that if there are no prices it is too expensive or if you have to see the price you can't afford it. It was affordable and smoothies were lovely Otherwise all good. Much better quality than we normally stay in.
