In booking a short notice holiday I was looking for a relaxing location but within walking distance of the local attractions This family run hotel presents a warm and inviting atmosphere and Kyriacos and Maria, the owners and their staff are friendly and attentive. The apartments are spacious, clean and we'll appointed and the communal pool area is quiet and relaxed Ideally situated in a quiet location, it is within 250m of a supermarket and local restaurants. The seafront promenade with a wide variety of other shops and restaurants is within 600m of the hotel

I would have liked a pool facing apartment, but not having one didn't spoil my enjoyment of the holiday

Owners Maria and Kiriyakos are one of the nicest hosts I have ever had. They have made themselves always available in case of any need. We had a very early flight and they accommodated us as soon as we arrived. A lot of welcome drinks and snacks. Nice swimming pool with self service and honesty bar. The apartment was spacy and very clean. Overall we had the feeling that we are at home. Conveniently located near to the harbour area. Supermarket nearby. Will definitely would like to stay again if we come again to Paphos.

Ummm this is a difficult place to review. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Nice pool and courtyard, great to have drinks and snacks at the poolside bar with an honesty system’. Just tell them at reception what you’ve had. Complimentary tea and coffee is fab too. However… the apartment itself is a little tired and dated. Very noisy fridge that made a dreadful gurgling racket 30 seconds after the door was closed?? A hairdryer that sparked and glowed red, and then died completely. Also, a pretty small bed, for a couple, I’m 6’1’’ and although my wife is ‘petite’ / she slept in the small single bed in the bedroom, so we could both get a decent nights sleep. When we arrived we went for a stroll to the supermarket, (which was fine) and stumbled in the nightclub/bars and discos area…. Fortunately it’s just far enough away not to be an issue. We’ve got a room overlooking the (fairly) busy main road, but with good glazing on the patio doors, it’s actually ok. Ps - the hairdryer was replaced no problem..

A bigger bed (according to the owner they are replacing soon, he mentioned this when we checked out). Some modern furnishings and fixture would be good, and a more powerful shower. Oh and the wife would like some more modern (plain)sheets and pillow cases...

I loved everything about my stay. The owners Kyriakos and Maria were wonderfully kind and very accommodating. The apartment was perfect... very quiet and comfortable. Such a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, just a few minutes walk to the beach and Harbour esplanade. I booked for one week, stayed for five! Was difficult to leave, so I will definitely be staying again sometime soon. Highly recommend!

The room was cleaned daily, and the pool was clean. They provide free sun protection and coffee. Clean pool towels are available for 2 euros, also the bar prices are really affordable. If you speak with the host they might allow you to check out later than 12 for no additional cost, and also the airport bus stop is nearby.

The bathroom shower was really small. If you are a light sleeper, you might not like the room because there's a construction site across the street that tends to get noisy during the workweek. (They do provide sleep earplugs)

This was one of the best places I have stayed in. The apartment is larger than I expected, definitely for me who was travelling alone and the kitchen area had everything you could need. There's a balcony, AC and TV in the living area. Good sized bathroom too. The place inside and out was extremely clean. The owners/staff are very nice and helpful in every way. A great outside pool area too. The seafront is close by, just a 10-15 minute walk. This is a place I would come back to over and over again. I couldn't see or feel any negatives about this place.

We liked this quiet and clean place a lot, kids did not want to leave:) Thanks for welcome pack - snacks, wine and juice. Apartments has everything we needed - properly equipped kitchen, nice sitting room and two bedrooms, also small balcony with the table and chairs. Good location, not far from restaurants, promenade. There is free parking, nice and calm pool area with a lot of greenery around. We visited Vrisoudia beach within walkable distance from the property, it was ok for kids:) We had a car and did some sightseeing Avakas Gorge, Troodos mountains, Aphrodite rock, etc. and it was always good to come back inti those apartments ti have a rest:)

We really enjoyed our vacation at the hotel. The apartment was big, we didn't miss anything and it was cleaned every day. Air conditioning was in every room. As a welcome we received wine, water, biscuits and chips. The pool was large, clean and with warm water. We had inflatables and toys there. Sunbeds and umbrellas were always available. The location is excellent, a short distance from the beach, restaurants are all around. I have to praise the staff, always smiling and friendly, they also helped us a lot in renting a car.

It was amazing. Lovely family run hotel. The hospitality was wonderful. Apartments lovely and clean . Lovely welcome pack including juice biscuits crackers butter jam and bottle of wine and water. It was self catering but there was free water tea and coffee by the pool all day. Pool Lovely not too deep. Deepest was about 5 feet. Air con great and included, also a big wall fan in the bedroom. Location great 10 mins walk to Harbour. Will definitely stay here again.

The owners were really friendly and helpful. As they live on site, they were always available to help and advise when needed. There is a real personal, homely and friendly atmosphere in the hotel as it is family run. The rooms are so clean, and the beautiful pool area is a lovely space to spend your time. The honesty bar available there is a great gesture and an added bonus. The bed was really comfortable. This place is excellent if you want the personal touch from the owners, and don’t like the large, commercialised hotels.
