newly refurbished. spacious apartments and all you need if you decide to do your own breakfast or make a few snacks. apartments are cleaned daily. great food served at the bar/restaurant. lovely friendly staff who can’t do enough. pool area is large and great for sunbathing. the location is great, about 10 min walk to sea front, shops, restaurants and bars.

a bit of building work going on in the area and Road works everywhere in Paphos making walking difficult but not the fault of the hotel.

Very nice hotel situated in a silent private place. Very quiet around. We have a beautiful room on the first floor with a pool view it was excellent. Cleaning was perfect every day. Kitchen was good equipped. Nearby there are several beaches just 15 minutes walk. It was close to Harbor sea port, shops, restaurants and everything you need for a good relaxing. The old town is about 40 minutes walk or use a bus 618. Also 15 minutes walk to the bus stop to airport 612. Kings Avenue Mall is about 10 minutes walk. Many sightseeing are around, churches, archeological park, waterpark and tombs of the king. You can also get to Afrodita stone by bus 631. The stuff is always ready to help you with everything.

There was no sponge and liquid to wash the dishes.

I cannot say enough good things about Pagona! The rooms are clean, airy, comfortable and well maintained. The pool was stunning, with a well-stocked poolside bar serving gorgeous food and drinks. Breakfast is lovely and a bargain at 7 Euro for an unlimited buffet. The staff looked after us so well - they were friendly and welcoming, gave comprehensive instructions on getting to places, always happy to organise taxis and went to major lengths to get us a hairdryer on the morning of a wedding! The location is also perfect - short distance from the bars, Aphrodite Waterpark and various other local attractions. We miss it already!

The location was good. Close enough to many restaurants, bars and shops, but far enough away to avoid lots of noise. Very very helpful and lovely staff members. The room size was enormous for us! Plenty of storage locations. Very quiet on an evening time, not once were we disturbed. Small, but amazing pool and plenty of sun-beds to choose from. Breakfast was basic, but very good nonetheless and we enjoyed it every morning.

The plug sockets are the same as the UK, but the kettle and toaster provided by the apartment has EU plugs so we had to purchase an adapter. The hotel had safes for purchase, but the safes were located and kept in the reception. I didn’t feel 100% comfortable keeping our passports in there away from our room.

it’s a complex of ~60 small apartments surrounding a pool. The restaurant was quite ok, the food was pretty good, very handy if you’re too lazy to go out. They have a children menu and you can always get cheap eggs on toast which our toddler loved. They serve breakfast there too, which was ok. Very friendly staff. The flat was nice, beds were comfy and there were two couches in the living room. Parking was free.

the kitchen had pots, cutlery and plates, but no basic things to cook with: no salt/pepper/oil/dishwashing detergent or sponge. the internet worked on the balcony, but not in the rooms and there were no power points near the bed. the bed was two single beds put together.

The Pagona Holiday Apartments are a perfect place to spend time in Paphos and its surroundings. It's located in Kato Paphos, about 10 minutes walk away from the main harbour and lovely Promenade. You enter into the property off a busy enough road but as soon as you do, you're presented with a little oasis ..not too big and not too small. The hotel is managed and run by a family and a small staff group who are extremely friendly and helpful so as a result, it becomes a more personable experience. The pool is a good size for leisurely swimming and there is a good selection of great, freshly-made food at the bar at quite reasonable prices. Pool towels can be rented for the stay at €2 each which is great value. The size and nature of the hotel also lends itself well to meeting people, many of whom will be on a return visit. The newly renovated superior apartments are spacious, well-equipped, excellent value for money and most if not all, have a pool view. All in all, I would highly recommend and as such, intend to make a second visit over the next year.

I think there may have been a mix up but the towels in our apartment weren't changed on the 3rd or 4th day as expected but were when the issue was raised.

Our rooms were basic but very clean and spacious. A cleaning woman came in every day for quick cleaning, and towels and linen were replaced twice a week. The unit had abundant hot water all hours of day. The kitchen was handy and served us well for the basic meals we made. We had no need for the AC in mid October, but the bedroom unit did function. The pool and central area were nice, as well as all the cats living in the grounds. The location was great. 10 minutes to the southern harbor, and many restaurants within minutes walk.

Well, the usual: No sponge and soap for the dishes and Very weak Wi-Fi. In addition, (we know it can't be guaranteed), we requested our rooms to be close together, months in advance, and when we arrived, the rooms were quite separated. No big deal..

Great pool area, accessible bar and restaurant. Friendly staff. Very close to bars and restaurants. Great location. Rooms had a great range of amenities. Cleaner came daily and was very friendly. Shower was lovely. Try the cheeseburger :)

Internet was super slow and barely usable. The AC kept turning off when the door was opened which was intentional, but I had to go out often to sort out the clothes and had to keep turning it back on all the time. I wish the sheets were also changed during our 1 week stay.

We couldn’t fault the property, staff or location about anything. The staff were super friendly, attentive and also informative around things to do in Paphos! They helped us a lot and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived (they gave us some free milk and water as we arrived late in the evening). The location of the hotel was great for us, a short walk to pubs/restaurants, the nights in the room were very quiet with no outside noise disturbing us. The food is delicious! The cleanliness of the hotel was AMAZING. The domestic staff were very thorough and we saw them during the day cleaning every nook and cranny and friendly towards the guests too! We really couldn’t fault this hotel and the relaxed atmosphere and friendliness of the staff is reason enough for us to come back. Thank you for making our holiday as relaxed and worry-free as can be! Pagona will be recommended to all of our friends & family.

Hotel and rooms very well kept, staff very helpful and friendly go above and beyond to make your holiday enjoyable. Rooms are a great size and cleaners come everyday to freshin up the room. The pool is a bice size and love that its a walk in pool. Would highly recommended. Food is very tasteful and reasonable priced. Cocktails are amazing. All round brilliant.

Not that we didnt like but would recommend a TV in the room. Just for on a night we like to watch abit TV in bed. We did come prepared and had our tablets but if i was to recommend a TV for us it would make the difference on a night time.
