We liked the staff a lot. Except from one bitter guy in the lobby bar and the guy in charge for the towels at the pool all the staff was great, smiled and tried to give an amazing service each time. Anastasia, Amar, Eric, George, Mario, thank you for making it great. The location is good and the hotel has a nice private beach. The room was clean and there were shows every night.

The food was mid average food and it's surprising that the hotel got such a good rate but I guess everything is tasty for some people. It's my third year in a row in Cyprus (last 2 years in paphos) and the food is not like in other all inclusive resorts I have visited. Moreover, I expect an A La Cart restaurant to be better than the buffet which wasn't the case. The pool bar doesn't offer pizza in the pool bar and it's a bit strange. The alcoholic beverages were ok but as someone who has visited some all inclusive resorts I was expecting some flavor beverages in small glass bottles.

I don't normally write reviews, but I chose this hotel based on the terrific reviews that I read here, so I thought I would add one more to note just a few highlights: 1. Rooms: very modern, beautifully decorated, and excellent all around. There is even a pillow menu with 4 options! 2. Pool: I wouldn't describe it as "warm", but it is heated and warm enough to enjoy in early April. Note that the outdoor jacuzzi is around the same temperature as the pool. It has jets, but is not hot. 3. Sauna and steam room: These are free from 12-7pm, and they are quite hot. (I would prefer even hotter, but they are better than those at many other hotels where I have stayed). And like everything at the hotel, they look very new and are super clean. 4. Grounds: As you can see in the photos, the grounds are beautiful. You can play beach volleyball, tennis, etc. 5. Restaurants: the food is very good. For vegetarians and vegans, the default buffet often doesn't include many sources of protein (for example, I would have hoped to see more beans, chickpeas, lentils, etc). However, the chef is very friendly and accommodating if you ask. 6. Staff: everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. These are just a few points of information, on questions that I wondered about when looking at hotels. In short, I highly recommend Crystal Springs. We had high expectations based on other reviews, and they were completely met or surpassed. It was the perfect holiday.

I have just two minor suggestions for improvement: 1. providing a filtered water tap for re-filling water bottles in order to cut down on the use of plastic. 2. providing more vegetarian/vegan sources of protein (beans, chickpeas, lentils, etc) in the buffet. But these are minor points. As noted above, the overall experience was terrific.

Amazing hotel, view is beautiful , there is full choice for breakfast , swimming pool, sauna All IS good. The staff is very kind, especially Georges. He speaks French and he was so cool and really professional Thanks y'all

The Hotel is a lil bit isolated, you have to take the bus or a car to Travel. Btw if you're a looking for a quiet place, it's perfect

Property is amazing, they have all facilities to have a vacation. Also there were beach towels and we could alway found some sun beds even if we came in the afternoon. Beach is super nice not that many people and water is clean and amazing. Stuff is super friendly and always there to help. We also got a beach bag as a present and bottle of champagne. Breakfast is as great too, we were coming kinda late at 9:30 (breakfast till 10) there was still plenty of food and coffee is great. If you not going for all inclusive option (as we) there are couple cafes in hotel where you can get food for appropriate price (portions are huge). Before we came we wanted to explore island, but it was so nice in the hotel so we were like „why to go to another beach if our beach is great“ and spent there 5 days in a row.

Maybe location vise it’s a bit far from city (like 15-20 min by walk) and not really nice surroundings, like pathways and so on. But that didn’t concerned us that much.

Everything was perfect- Garden is large and amazing peace of paradise, staff are so dedicated and organized. Beach is also great and not overcrowded…and there is natural shade in the garden with comfortable sun-beds, too. Food is very tasteful, and diverse.Rooms- comfortable, clean… Crystal Springs Hotel team is really doing their best for their guests 24h per day. There are also many other facilities that you can use- volleyball, gym, sauna, table tennis, darts, swimming pool…Perfect, really perfect!

Nice natural location, very quiet. Quality evening live music animation. Good food local/international variety and freshness (amazing local olives!). All inclusive with international alcohol brands Cocktails. Comfortable clean room. Above all: kind and welcoming staff (reception, cleaning, bars tenders, waiters and management...)

No special offer/attentions for our honeymoon stay even though we mail them before booking our stay.

Amazing stuff in every area of the hotel! Just warm and nice people! Food was delicious, room constantly clean and fresh! All inclusive will never leave you hungry and thirsty during the day! Huge territory with amazing facilities! Quite area with small amount of people on the beach.

The only problem was running water a bit from the shower because of too short glass wall. But it didn’t make any impact on our stay!

So many programs! Something for everyone. Beach has crystal clear waters. Garden is a little oasis! Maybe the hotel wasn’t at full capacity, we always found a secluded place and free beds to relax on. Food was also so varied and great. The on site Basilikos restaurant has a great set menu, but go there very hungry because the portions are huge. We are already planning on going back again.

Cleaning needs to improve. They change the towels and take out trash but thats kind of it. Over one week, the terrace was not mopped once and dirt and dust accumulated already from day one. They dont really clean behind furniture, so when you move the bin or the couch a little for example there is dirt behind it. It’s a problem, especially if you stay for a longer time. At some point we just wanted to ask for the broom so we can just clean up ourselves. They also brought us welcome drinks and fruits, which was lovely, but we saved some fruit for the next day, and they just took it away ( it wasn’t even peeled fruit!) we didn’t understand why. Anyway, this is all fixable!

- Excellent facilities, impeccably clean, with ample space by the pool for everyone. - Super friendly and helpful staff who strike the perfect balance between assistance and giving guests space to enjoy their vacation. - Great variety of activities, including themed meze nights twice a week - Rooms are comfortable and cater to guests of all ages, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone. - Food in the breakfast and Meze was very delicious with lots of variety for people with different restrictions. My only complaint would be here about meat/fish during dinner service - they all were overcooked. But after 2-3 nights, I had only vegetarian options and they were delicious.

- Elevators are slow, especially during peak times, but using the stairs can be a good workout! - Music at the poolside bar during the day. All day long same slow well known love/heartbreak songs were played. I understand that it kind of fits the vibe for dinner but swimming next to "My heart will go on" is not my preference. Could use a more upbeat playlist to match the sunny atmosphere

The staff is AMAZING. Super friendly and helpful. Well-mannered and polite. Special thanks to Constantina and Anastasia from the pool bar and everyone else who I have forgotten the names of for being so amazing with kids. I also loved the activities throughout the day and night. The food was delicious. Lastly, the location was great. A small paradise by the beach.

We had clogged pipes in our room which should have been noticed and fixed by the staff before our stay. However when the staff was notified of the issue they immediately fixed it. Therefore I cannot really hold it against them. A minor issue in an overall amazing holiday.
