The staff especially Hamdy, he was very nice and so were the other staff they were all very helpful. The location is perfect. The staff working in the buffet were very nice. The breakfast was amazing and the aqua park was amazing.

The food was not perfect but it was okay. The lunch we didn’t like too much and the dinner is a little better. The snacks were not good. Especially the sausages. Also the safety wasn’t great. There is lots of water around the swimming pool and people are slipping including me, There was no First Aid and my leg was bleeding, they tried to help but they didn’t have the equipment/medication to do so. Next time be careful and please put signs up especially when cleaning and there is water everywhere.

This hotel was a good budget option for myself and my son. The location is excellent, just across the road is a beautiful beach, a swimming pool, snorkeling, restaurants, etc., all of which were accessible to guests staying at Mirette's.

The room was pretty average, we didn't have hot water and the TV didn't work. For us it wasn't a big deal, the beach access and pool across the way more than made up for it!

It was very nice to book the Hotel and spend there those 7 days and 6 nights! 💃🔥 We could live in a quite room far from the noisy and fussy city and spent our vacation as we wanted. If we had any questions, we raised them to the reception personnel and the went to help. Especially we thank a person on the reception — Mostafa — to helped us with the checking into the marvellous Hotel. 🤗 The architecture of this place is amazing. It's really beautiful and there's a lot of space to walk on the territory. Moreover the Hotels borders with another family Sunny Days Family Hotel — Palma de Mirette 5*, so we could easily go to the hotel and its territory to swim on the beach and watch the shows. We took a room without a lunch. However you may find a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, like Al Mustafa — very nice restaurant with the sea food on good prices and they got the delivery also! 🔥 Thank you very much indeed for this beautiful vacation! We really needed it! 🤗💖🔥

TL:DR Great value for money because you can use the facilities of the two other hotels. Food great. Pools great. El Palacio fancy but crowded and large. Mirette Spa & Resort cozy and family friendly. Would book again. Review We loved our stay at Mirette Family Resort. The staf is friendly, the facilities where clean (apart from some toilets) and the food and drinks are amazing. Family Resort is part of three Sunny Days Hotels linked together. Mirette Family Resort being the oldest one. We chose for Mirette Family Resort because it had the largest room for the cheapest price. This way we got the best value for money. Because you can still use all the facilities of the other hotels. So to get a good impression look at all three the hotels on Booking. The Room The Room was okay. It was clean and spaces but outdated. Especially the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We personally don't care much about the room if way are on a sun vacation. An okay bed and clean bathroom and we are good to go. The Food One word: Amazing. More about the food later but first the restaurants. There are two main restaurants, one at Mirette Spa & Resort and one at El Palacio. So there is no restaurant at Mirette Family Resort. You always need to cross the road or use the beach tunnel. Just keep that in mind. We went to both restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We liked the restaurant at Mirette Spa & Resort the best. El Palacio is the nicest looking one but way to big and noisy for our liking. Try both yourself and after that Mirette Spa & Resort will feel like a nice and cozy restaurant. So we usually dined at Mirette Spa & Resort. Mirette Spa & Resort has some really friendly waiters and chefs. They looked after you and after the food. We have small kids so we always arrived early. After a few days our main waiter started to reserve 'our' spot. This was a lovely extra.

The cleanliness of some of the public toilets and the lack of toilet paper.

Location is fantastic, Taxi only cost 1-2 euro to get to downtown. 3 big hotels all combined in one and you can use all 3 hotels facilities. Excellent medical clinic in the resort with 3 good Doctors my son fainted in our room and cut his chin, the doctor at the resort clinic stitched him and then for the next 10 days cleaned his wound and put fresh plaster for him. Rooms furniture was old, shower room cubicle was small, a lot of walking as 3 hotels are combined, if you are staying in mirette then you have to cross a busy road to get to the restaurant and the 2 other resorts

I would highly recommend staying at the sunny days mirrte for your next trip. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality and a warm welcome from the staff. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern and comfortable rooms that are well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, as it is centrally located and easily accessible to popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel offers a peaceful and serene environment, perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The attentive and friendly staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the hotel offers excellent facilities such as a well-equipped gym, a relaxing spa, and a rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the city. Clean and comfortable

The check-in experience was great, Mahmoud Ezzut helped me quickly get an extra night (which wasn't available online/through booking.com). The thing i liked the most about the resorts was the staff, they were really kind and helped you with anything. The pools were great and also had amazing employees working there, especially Mina at the aqua park. The food was really diverse and tasted great, there was something for everyone so you never left hungry. The room i stayed in was amazing, enough space and cleaned daily. The room had AC which worked well and was needed. The bed was really comfortable as well. I would definitely return to Sunny Days Mirette Family Resort, especially because you can use all facilities of the other resorts. I had an amazing time there!
