I stayed at the hotel for business travel for 10 nights. The hotel exceeded my expectations - it was very nice, clean and overall very positive stay. The staff were just amazing - from the reception, to the amazing(!) bartenders and just everyone are super nice and helpful. Had an issue with my room's heating - they got me a heater immideatly and offered if I wanted to switch rooms. Was a bit sick - they gave me a kettele, free supply of tea and honey! The location is OK - not the best if you're planning to walk around the city, but the metro station is literally outside the hotel's door to the left, under 20m walk, so you are one station away from the main station hbf, super easy to get around. Lastly - THE BREAKFAST! It is really good. Too good.

There is no coffee machine in the room - I wish the room had a proper espresso coffee machine (Nespresso style). A kettle is not supplied as well but I asked for and they were kind enough to provide with a smile. Wifi was OK but not brilliant and at times was not working in the room - that should not be the case with a business style hotel. My room was good, heating was not working, can happen. My colleagues' room (the shower) was a bit less nice than mine's but really not an issue.

It was located right next to an U-Bahn station so it was super easy to get around Düsseldorf. It was really good value for money considering how modern it is, also that air-conditioning is included and the room is quite big overall. Would definitely recommend. And the staff were lovely, super helpful and cheerful. It’s also really handy that the hotel offers a drop-off luggage service!

Not much to complain about really, maybe just stronger Wi-Fi but it wasn’t even bad in the first place, just thought it could be a bit stronger.

It's super close to the central station (about 5 min. by subway or 8-10 min walk) and the next subway that gets you there literally stops right next to the hotel and even the next one is only a 2-3 minute walk, which is super convenient! The hotel has a really nice and comfortable ambiance and is super clean! The staff was also nice, definetly no complains there! :)

Nothing dramatic really a late check-out would have been great for us but we didn't see the option when we booked the trip. Maybe our fault tho we also forgot to ask.

absolutely stunning hotel, perfect location for us. room was clean, spacious and the air conditioning was on for our arrival. they had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. perfect for traveler’s who need to pack light.

the key card didn’t work so I had to go back down to the reception. not the best time as we were very tired after traveling a great distance on our motorbike. we were also disappointed that the whole menu in the restaurant wasn’t on and the main section of seating wasn’t open on a Friday night. we wanted a special meal and the menu was extremely limited. they also didn’t get our order correct, we are what they gave us as we were hungry and didn’t want to make a fuss. We enjoyed the breakfast provided, so many options and beautiful presented. I was out off some of the cold options as flies and bees were roaming around on them. could do with the cold things being covered too.

Comfortable, clean and a short walk from the main station. The friendly reeption staff gave me a corner room with a great view too, which was nice.

The building is slightly old but the lobby has been given a modern refresh and has a sky-high atrium.

Nice parking space directly under the hotel connected with the elevator of the hotel. The lounge and bar, the building is nice and the personnel is friendly.

The air conditioner of the room makes the air too dry and as someone who likes a warm room, it never became comfortably warm.... The sauna is there but was not operating - Booking.com should check such status, this is my second or third time to have the same issue.

Room was very spacious and comfortable bed, mini bar Very friendly staff at the bar however sunday afternoon, no service... Nice breakfast

Air-conditioning blow our above the bed is not nice, you hear constantly this noise TV Programm very poor - only 4 channels were working No sugar or milk pads available at the coffee bar in the room / Offered candy's and sweet were also not available And unfortunately I find a hair in my coffee cup in the room and another one on the floor of the shower :( One minor point on the breakfast are the industrial prepared scrambled eggs - for this Hotel you expect the real "hand made" scrambled eggs.

The young lady working on the downnstairs bar/restaurant for the two nights I stayed was excellent. She was helpful, friendly and an asset to your hotel. When I finished Medica for the day, I had a pleasant glass of wine and the 'Medica Special'. Just what I needed. Please ensure to let her know she made my stay more enjoyable. Reception staff also very helpful and friendly!

No milk in the room (I am english and I like tea!)

Room, breakfast and location are really convenient. The hotel is an easy to spot landmark, both from google maps and in person on locaion. It's close to train station too.

I am not impressed with wifi security. The login and password are really bad, I didn't use it due to security concerns.

Close to train station, staff great, got a room on the top floor, which is always good! Everything was great. It's a pretty, modern, comfortable hotel, with a good bar.

Pillows a bit too big and lumpy. Area is a little downtrodden, but not dangerous. Surrounding dinner options a bit limited, but nothing to do with the hotel.
