One of the biggest benefits of this hotel is it's great location, very close to the centre being only 10 minutes walk from Duomo Cathedral and Teatro alla Scala.It's an easy hotel to find and walk to from Grand Central Station. Room was great for a solo traveller, very clean, decent size, nice bathroom. I used the wi-fi only once or twice, the connection was strong enough for video/phone calls. Staff were all really helpful during check-in and check-out. Some of the other reviews mention that the hotel is in an unsafe area, but having been around the hotel late at night, it seemed fine to me, it's situated in a relatively quiet area considering it's location in the city.

The check-in process was rather a long wait, however it was 2pm when I arrived (peak check-in time), so try to avoid that time for when you're checking in. As some of the other reviews state, It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, or at least glasses/cups.

Room was clean but basic. Clothing storage was a rail at an angle over a shelf. Quite strange.

Quiet a lot of noise heard from outside. Window could be triple glazed.

Good location. Walking distance from the centre if you enjoy a 20 minute stroll. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops As I am a morning person, I particularly enjoyed the breakfast hours beginning at 6:30. A very nice patio with funky chairs perfect for enjoying a cigarette and a coffee while waiting for your friends.

No electric sockets by the bed. Rather small room, no actual wardrobe, just a rack and shelves. The breakfast people instantly “stole” my plates and cups from the table while I was refilling. That was extremely annoying. Another extremely annoying thing was the fact that I had to come down from the 9th floor (with a considerable waiting time by the elevator and for an available receptionist) every single day because the key didn’t work and needed replacement

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AT THE HOTEL 3RD TIME . WE USED IT FOR LOCATION ,ROOMS AND MOST MORE IMPORTANT CLEAN AND THE STAFF ARE HELPFUL.

I like everything staff were very friendly and accommodating..very clean facility..taxi is just outside when you need one easy to go to metro station as well and many grocery is on the way too..I would highly recommend this hotel and if I ever happened to go back in Milan I will definitely stay here again..Ibis in Paris is nothing compared to this hotel ..

Nothing..everything was good very happy that in our final destination we had a very nice hotel and the value of money was worth it..from Paris to switzerland this hotel is the winner 🫠

Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Front staff are quick to provide information and efficient in both check-in and out steps. Breakfast has wide array of choices, fresh, and is good value. Room is comfy and regularly cleaned. Bathroom is neat and adequately sized. Location is within easy reach of Metro lines M3, Republica and M1, P. Venezia, to bars and restaurants, and neighbourhood mercato. Just outside is a Taxi stand. Walking distance to Milano Centrale Stazione.

Just remove graffiti on side of building. By the way, graffiti is too common around Milano. Part of the population is to blame.

Good vibe, trendy and cool. Young staff. Location was close to station. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety of hot and cold food. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was tidy and clean. Able to leave bags for a long period of time.

Had to wait a while for some reception staff. No enough on desk duty for midday/mornings. Location can be a bit of a walk from station but not too far. Rooms were very small for the price. Not clear what standard, premium and others really mean. Standard double meant to have 150-180wide bed than premium or high 130-150, but we still ended up with a smaller of the range king size bed. Bathroom was compact. No drink making facilities in room.

The hotel is well appointed, lively and welcoming. The breakfast is good. The location is within walking distance or a quick metro ride from the train station. The evening bartenders are very cheerful and welcoming. The entire staff is very pleasant. It was nice to see a well-dressed security man on site. Although he didn't seem to be needed, I can imagine some of the younger aged groups who stay might get loud, but my room was very quiet, well appointed and comfortable.

The floor of the shower can be slippery; a bath mat might be helpful. The menu was limited and didn't offer everything that was shown.

The location of the hotel is really close to the city centre. We did not take any means of transportation and the area seemed safe. There is free refill of coffe and water every day which is a bonus.

The parking of the hotel is terrible. When booking a room it is mentioned that parking spaces are available at the hotel. Do not bother. If you have even a medium size car it is hard to fit in that parking. Additionally, there are just a few spots available. It is not worth paying €30 per day. Just park at the nearby private garage for cheaper and a more pleasant experience.
