The location, breakfast, and room were all good and met expectations. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. They also arranged for my luggage to be sent via takubin on my return trip home.

Onsen felt very old and not well-maintained. The locker room for the onsen was very small and difficult to use if there were any other people using it. I was disappointed with how loud and disruptive travelers were in neighboring rooms. They propped their doors open, talked and yelled loudly between rooms and while walking down the hall beyond 11pm or 12am and woke me up. I hope in the future that the staff can remind travelers of quiet hours and inform international tourists what is considered proper manners in Japan.

This property is in a very good position being close to all public transport. Fukuoka was also a very nice city to visit. As with most Japanese cities it has great transport but also very walkable. Great gardens and cultural sites. Anyone visiting Fukuoka should also consider consider taking train trips to some cities a few hours away by train. I stayed in Nagasaki for 6 days on a previous visit to Japan this year I went there for a "day trip". Also went to Kagoshima. If you have time and are willing to sit on train for a while there are places to try on most lines.

- Smooth check-in - Great WIFI connection - Super great location, near to Hakata station and Bus station, underground walking passage to the train station. Or if you have huge and heavy luggage, there is an escalator in front of the hotel that leads you to the walk-over bridge to the train station. No need to carry heavy luggage climbing up or down the staircase! - There is a Japanese-style public bath to enjoy - There is a convenience store just a few steps away

- Room size is better for one person if you have a huge luggage

Hotel right next to station yet quiet, easy check in, room was basic but all that you needed was provided with coffee/ tea making facilities. Hotel as whole Japan is stuck in 80s so don't expect European standards but excellent value , superb location and good breakfast and free coffee machine in lobby 👌

Realistically for the money there isn't anything to complain

The location was perfect for getting in to Hakata late and catching a highway bus early the next day. The continental breakfast was also had a pretty good variety. The room was clean and it was easy to connect to wifi.

The bed was a little too firm and only had one pillow.

We needed 3 taxis on departure date to go to airport. Could not accommodate due to Golden Week. We had to drag all our heavy luggage to taxi stand in front of train station.

excellent variety of Western and Japanese foods

I wish the hotel had the English language channel of NHK Japan. I've seen it in other Japan hotels and enjoy the news as well as the human interest stories of Japan (local as well as throughout Japan).

The location is very good, there is an airport bus that go directly to the station, and the station is just right next to this hotel.

The room was quite small, twin room will be bigger than double room. The bathtub was too high for elderly and they experienced difficulties during shower.

Hotel can’t get cab to pick us up and take to airport. Have to lug all our luggage to cab stand in front of train station. That was inconvenient.

some stuffs were a little rude at first, especially the way they speak in English and their facial expression. But I totally understand because English is the second language.
