The room was so comfy and cozy. We stayed for 7 nights and feel so happy when we've got back to the hotel in the end of the day. They have ice maker, microwave, coin laundry and vending machine for drink on 2nd floor which is common area. Amenities in room was replaced everyday because we didn't put a sign to clean the room. The best part is we could grab coffee and tea bag at amenities bar on the lobby, so do the other stuffs like razers, face washes, combs, body scrubbers and etc. Nearby the hotel, there are 2-3 convenience stores you could reached in 2-3 mins by walking. The neighborhood was so peaceful and not noisy at all. Me and my boyfriend really happy for this stay.

The location was a little far from subway station (Sakae Stn.). It took about 15-20 mins by my walking speed, if you're faster than me, might be no problem. Lack of restaurants nearby, only a few choices. Have to walk to Sakae for more options of shops and restaurants.

Great location, less than 1 km to subway stations. 15—20 min walk to Mirai Tower, Oasis 21 and Hisaya Odori Park. 10 min walk to a Matsuya restaurant, Mcdonald's and Don Quijote. Big room, 31 sq m, fit 3 adults and 3 large suitcases pretry well. If you're 3, be careful not to book the 21 sq m triple room but instead get the 31 sq m triple room. 2 Lawsons behind hotel. 2 7—11 nearby. Shower pressure was great. Love the bathroom design too.

Breakfast buffet had great options and was delicious but no variety during our 5 day stay.

The room was very clean, tidy and modern. The largest room we had across our whole Japan trip. Very nice bathroom and hotel in general. Good sustainability measures in place and conveniently located to station and great area to have dinner and shop in.

Due to proximity to a major road, the room was very loud at night. Many sirens throughout the night which kept us up. Windows didn't keep the room quiet either, could be double glazed to improve.

the location is in between 2 station which the distance between each is around 650m. please consider the information above if you want to walk and bring a luggage. unfortunately as well, they couldn't find my magnetic pendant necklace that left in my room.

Great location. Close to Nagoya Station and also close to the business and shopping district of Sakae. It is very walkable from the hotel. The staff was also very helpful and ordered us an airport taxi to Chubu Centrair Airport because they saw we had a lot of luggage. They also had no problem speaking English. The rooms itself were very nice too. Spacious and clean with a lot of ameneties that can be picked up in front of the elevator. They also have a cheap laundry service that wash your clothes everyday, if requested. All in all, we had an amazing experience at Hotel Keihan Nagoya. Would 10/10 go there again!

Very clean with good amenities. Wonderful staff who helped us book Omakase restaurant, book taxi etc. Option of no housekeeping but they still put fresh towels outside the door if we need them. Amenities available at lobby as a if you need them basis which is more environmentally conscious.

Location not so close to public transport. We used taxi to and from train stations as we have bags. For some reason there was a lot of ambulance/ fire engine in the middle of the night so a bit noisy. Small room with very little space.

The bedding here is very comfortable, with double beds for 3 people (although booking.com stated we'd get 3 single beds per room). We had requested them to ask for our two rooms to be close together, which they fulfilled for us without complaints. The location was also excellent since it was near the bustling area with a lot of restaurants nearby in the centre of Nagoya.

While the double beds were comfortable, it would've been nice just to have single beds given the small size of the room and we had little space to walk around.

Location was good and the front desk team were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet was haphazard and was not very appealing. There were so many people, and not everyone was being considerate (I tripped on a child's shoes that was in the middle of the aisle.) Perhaps a staff member can assist with ensuring people dining are not chaotic.

Upon arrival, there was not even a glass of water for the guests. Considering the hot weather these days and the long walk (700 meters) from the train station, a glass of water or any drink would be nice. But the front desk refused to provide one. Breakfast included is good but it may be a good idea to offer varying breakfast choices so that the long staying guests may not get tired of the choices.
