The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. It was surreal looking at the airport and not hearing any noise. This is a convenient hotel when arriving early in the am or late at night. To pay 50%+ on top of the tarriff for 4 hours of extra time in the hotel ( as we arrived early) seemed extortionate. For a hotel to charge what it did for one night and the room was in fact available it did appear grossly expensive. All meals were at a premium as well. The pool was relaxing despite being by the road. The restaurants had good meals but again appeared very expensive with what they cost. Compared with similarly priced hotels in KL it appears that it is worth the MYR 50+ to get the train into town where there are so many more options for good quality hotels.

The cost of the rooms particularly when arriving a little ahead than check in time. We were tired so wore the cost but will not do so again. In future we will travel into KL.

Lovely comfortable beds and helpful staff.

I didn't get to stay there long enough! Unfortunately, my plane was delayed, so I only ended up with 3 hours before I had to check out. The shuttle service from terminal 1 was fantastic- very quick and efficient and I was greeted with a huge welcome by the shuttle driver. A great start to a hotel stay,! I used the 24-hour room service for a snack before grabbing a couple of hour's sleep. The reception staff were great and arranged a hotel car to KLIA terminal 2 for us - the cost was extremely reasonable, especially at 0330 in the morning! 60 Malaysian Ringgit ( about £10) for 4 people and luggage.......try that at Heathrow!!!!! The beds were soft and comfortable and I could have happily stayed there longer if I didn't have a flight to catch. Many thanks to the team at the Sama Sama

Absolute strategic place to have a hotel with airport transfers & Credits to the sama sama management to open and maintaining the property with excellence. We utilitized the hotel as an overnight pitstop after a 12 hour journey with a child and I was very pleased to stay. The airport buggy transfers were amazing. Inroom dining breakfast was hot and the packaging to deliver food & juice to the room was brilliant. I've seen 5 star hotels struggle at such a simple task. My appreciation for (daud/darud) who assisted us not only with an efficient and much early checkin to the room but also helped me with the concierge services.

Breakfast spread has good variety,.however most items in the American breakfast were cold due to open lids

The hotel was lovely, with nice decor throughout the establishment. Facilities were good and check in/out were both easy enough. It was a small hop from the airport, all inside and easy to get to from KL International airport. The food was generous portions, and super-tasty in the evening! We’d definitely return if we had a stopover needed in KL.

The spa was a bit disappointing! It didn’t feel like a special treat, it was expensive for what it was and treatment was just ok… functional! Also, there was just too much on the dinner menu to choose.., it’s nice to have options, but would have been better for them to have done less, and focused on the quality. Not a huge gripe, but worth mentioning.

I am so grateful for this hotel, as I just needed a quite and comfortable place close to the airport to rest & work on a quick stop in KL. I loved being able to just walk right from the airport, it was a short 5 min walk (the buggies were available as advertised, but I preferred to stretch my legs after the flight). I was amazed at how quiet it was, I couldn't hear the planes at all despite how close they are! the bed was super comfortable with heavenly down pillows. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly and helped me with an adaptor I was missing. There is a lovely little outdoor area with plants and waterfall.

I would have liked to work out in the gym but chose not to because the AC was so cold!

Conveniently located at the airport, friendliness of staff, comfortable and clean.

Limited hot drinks choice, no decaffeinated drink options. Not happy that my account was hacked prior to my arrival. I was sent a message via a booking.com asking for my bank details despite the room had already been paid for a few months ago, with the threat that my booking would be canceled if I didn't comply. This seemed to be not a genuine request which I had fortunately ignored it. We suspected that someone had our booking details and our account on the booking.com Please be aware of the scam!

It was a very good hotel to make our return journey as it was within the airport. We liked everything about it, the room was spacious and very comfortable, the shower was powerful and clean. The aircon in the room was mercifully quiet, although I could still hear noise from other travellers in the corridor, the room was not as noise proof as I would have liked, but nothing too intrusive. The dining room facilities were very good and the food choices were superb and good value. The buffet breakfast was amazing and we were spoilt for choice. The staff were unfailingly approachable and helpful. We are planning to return as we found the experience exceptionally good .

Great hotel with amazing food options, rather luxury design and very spacious rooms. There is a pool, there is a sauna, there is even a gym and a tennis field. If you stay over for one night you get everything you need there! The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. Also make sure to try the breakfast it's stunning. There is a buggy service to get you from Terminal 1 to the hotel - very comfortable. In case you arrive at/flight from terminal 2, take the express train, its takes only few minutes to the other terminal - very convenient and super cheap.

Here and there the Hotel seems a little old, and taken care of to it's best, but if you are no perfectionist, you will absolutely enjoy your stay.

Breakfast in the Business Lounge was excellent and staff very helpful!

Very distressful experience in trying to locate the hotel in Terminal 1 when travelling from Terminal 2. After landing at 23:30, we eventually arrived at Reception at 01:00 approx. Our distress was heightened as walking with a crutch due to a recent operation was not ideal for long distance walking! There was no signage explaining how to enter hotel when main access to is closed when out of business hours and there appears to be no buggy service available and/or staff to direct guests. The buggy intercom hidden, when located after 20mins, all went smoothly!

Grand setting, spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. They told us early check in was subject to availability but we managed to get a room anyway - clear communication to manage our expectations and tell us what is possible. Breakfast is superb, in spread and quality. Starts early at 6am so it's good for a hearty meal before getting on an early flight. Really a breeze.

Actually a little far from klia2. We landed at klia2 and had to take a shuttle bus to KLIA 1 (about 20 minutes with other stops). The buggy ride yes is convenient but it's basically through the building. Even the fastest way between hotel and klia2 is a Grab ride, around 10-15 minutes.
