The hotel has several advantages: the price is affordable, the metro station is very close, and it is located relatively close to the airport. Additionally, the historical district of Deira has everything that one needs: small restaurants and malls. It is rather a working-class district, but still very nice and clean. The breakfast in the hotel was good, but it is aimed rather at an South-Asian audience, because it includes many Indian dishes.

Given the location of the hotel, the view is not so nice. The hotel is also quite far away from main attractions in Dubai, and the famous shopping malls. However, the metro is very close, so this is not a big problem.

Location was perfect. Close to airport, close to metro for easy commute and close to many food places with many options ranging from fast food to Arabic food. The hotel staff was very accommodating. On check-in day the room I got had some paint smell due to recent work done, I asked them to switch the room and they did it. And on checkout day my flight was delayed so requested them late checkout which they allowed as well. Thanks to the hotel for all this and special thanks to Neha the nice lady at reception who was very prompt in taking these actions.

My Stay in Wybdhan Ramada Deira branxh was fabulous I am really greatful to all the staff specially Ms. Karen Timbol & Mr. Salahudin were very cooperative and helpful I really want to give 10/10 for the hospitality and highly thankful to all the staff of hotel I will highly recommend people to experience this warm hospitality by staying in this hotel

We stayed here for 12 days during our time in Dubai. Overall experience in this hotel was fantastic. Location - Very close to the metro station and very easy for most tour operators to pick up and drop off for the tours. Few Indian restaurants and small eateries available around the area. United Hypermarket (Open 24/7) and Lulu supermarkets are in walking distance from the hotel. Staff and Services - The receptionist Ms Vishmi was a lovely lady who greeted us with a pleasant smile. We landed early morning, also the check-in is only available at 2pm. However she tried her best to arrange the best possible room with a fantastic view of the Deira streets. We had no issues in terms of room services, rooms were cleaned everyday and we received every small additional things we requested for. Rooms - The room was spacious, had a lovely view of the Deira Junction. Had all required amenities.

The Deluxe family room was spacious enough for 3 adults, they provide an extra bed. The location is at a walkable distance from Abu baker Metro station on the green line, t takes less than 1 min walk. The breakfast spread includes a few Indian options too. The staffs are very friendly and always ready to help. I would recommend this hotel if you are okay with changing Trains from Green to Red line at the union station. But if you are traveling with an elderly person and wish to make use of metro it will be better to book a hotel which is close to a metro station on the red line since most of the places to visit are on that side.

I Like the Hotel in General Location SPA Staff kindness But Mainly I like the Junction Restaurant guys they are very friendly helpful and generous The pizza offer is amazing and very very tasty As for the Reservation Ms Karen is an amazing person and problems solver very flexible and she can make anything u ask POSSIBLE she was very helpful and I had selected to pay in cash the I had to change some said its not possible to pay online I met Karen by coincidence and it took her 1 minute to solve it and made it happen and thanks to her I had some cash to use during my stay Not to forget Ripon the superman from the Spa He does everything and he is very friendly He even prepared everything before we arrive for daily spa time heating the Jaccuzzi and the pool The prepare the steam and sauna Some guests weren't taking a shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi He was asking them nicely to do it so he was doing more than his Job. Because of what I mentioned above I would come again and again to Ramada Plaza When your host is generous you feel at home with them

The location is excellent. The staff are extremely good. All the reception staff are exceptional and helpful. 10/10 for all the reception staff as I interacted with all of them. The housekeeping staff and room service were kind and helpful.

The hotel should provide international adaptors, as people from other countries cannot use the existing pins. But on requesting, I was provided one. I think the Gym and pool should open at 6.00 AM for early risers.

Hotel is located at a very nice junction which enables connectivity to metro, bus, and good eating joints. We received road facing rooms on 6th floor so was very happy with the view. Hotel staff were very good. The only downside I found was that the bathroom only had a bathtub (and specific shower area). This was difficult to use for the elders in the family.

Not a big problem but I asked for a quiet room so manager told me i will take in the last floor. But to my surprise he gave me a room infront of the eleveator and the Spa. I could have complained and changed it but I was tired. Mangment shall understand that elevator and spa areas are not a quiet spot. But anyway it is a good hotel.
