Best Western Plus Hudson Hotel & Suites

Our room was comfortable and clean. The room was larger than most hotel rooms since it had a kitchen and living area. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Full breakfast was very nice..

We were put into a room that one of the two TVs didn't work. Since management couldn't get the TV to work, we asked to be placed into another room. They assigned us to another room, but when we went to this room , it was already occupied, and we disturbed the occupant of this room. The hotel did not have a record of who was staying in this room. They assigned us to a third room but when we tried to get into the room the keys didn't work. A Housekeeping person let us in. That probably tells alot about the hotel management. Housekeeping personnel were helpful and appreciated.

Everything! Clean, safe, friendly and the breakfast is phenomenal Amazing stay! We have stayed at 5 stars and this was awesome. Indoor pool workout facility just perfect! Beautiful mountain views and the best Brick oven pizza next to Love's!

The location was very convenient, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was better than other places! Front counter and breakfast staff were very nice!

our room was not cleaned any of the days we were there, not sure if that was still a COVID thing or not.

The location was perfect -- just off the highway and adjacent to a Love's for gas and convenience. Edwin at the front desk could not have been any nicer or more helpful. He made sure that, as a female traveling alone with all my belongings in my car, I was confident my car was in the view of the security cameras out front. My room was fantastic, couldn't have been better. I enjoyed the fact that there was an elevator for getting larger suitcases up and down. It really looks more like a hotel than a motel, very beautiful inside, with an indoor heated pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus in Hudson, Colorado!

Wrapped pastries were a bit stale.

Location off highway- but note that there is major road construction at this exit right now. Room appeared as advertised. Friendly staff. Every time we asked for something (I.e. toilet paper) they were quick and friendly. Proximity to gas station and a local pizzeria and coffee. Good breakfast.

Minor things that wouldn’t affect me staying there again. Front windows were covered in bird droppings and your car will be too. I asked if Covid was affecting daily room cleaning still and they said no. Make sure to ask them to empty your trash every day if you want them to come in though.

The staff was quite friendly and accommodating the very minute I stepped inside. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Instead of a tub, the bathroom had a step in shower which was awesome! This was a great place to stay on our journey to Nevada and Utah. I would also recommend Ben’s Brick Oven Pizza which is where we got a bite to eat for our evening meal. It is close to the hotel and the food was good.

Early in the morning we could hear slamming doors. The doors are very heavy so they make a lot of noise when closed. We had to get up early anyway.

The place was clean, quiet, as well as comfortable. The amenities were good.

I didn't like that the pool closed early. Also I thought it was expensive for those accommodations.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean, comfortable bed. Good size bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with quality food and lots of it . I would happily stay here again .

Your customer service man was exceptional.....michael plitt, i believe. We will stay there next year because of him!

The keurig coffee maker was not working and he broght us a replacement immediately.

nice looking hotel. great big rooms nicely decorated. the protected birds around the property were amazing to watch.

the rooms were nice and clean, but the pool looked a bit murky - didn’t use it.
