The hotel was perfect, good price, safe location, right off the highway, good commute for us, some shopping and plenty of fast food restaurants right there. When we got to the hotel I was already thrilled walking into the bright welcoming lobby. Our check in went smoothly. The hotel smelled so good and had a small market with snacks, drinks, microwave food etc, computers, plenty of seating, conference rooms, closed patio (where me and my daughter played during the day), pool, hot tub, laundry, and gym. Our room was on the 4th floor. Very very spacious and smelled so good. It looked very clean and had actual black out curtains which is always a plus. The AC was already on and felt comfortable in our room. Everyone was so nice and the housekeeping ladies even checked in on us during the day to make sure we didn’t need anything before they went back down stairs. They always greeted us and talked to my daughter when they seen us around the hotel. Nothing bad to say at all. So pleased with our stay they even made sure we got an earlier check in time because we arrived earlier than expected just try to call before hand. It was a pleasure thank you again! Also great breakfast!

The trash cans in the rooms were small so being there for 4 days we filled them up everyday but the housekeeper made sure to empty them for me.( I declined full cleaning of the room because I was there all during the day). The hotel was great. Parking can fill up though.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Suggestions for restaurants in the area. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Bathroom shower was awesome. I liked the dispenser of shampoo etc. I definitely would stay there again

The lighting in my room was adequate. Poorly lit. The wall fixtures above the night stands were not easy to turn on and off. The placement of lighting fixtures wasn't well thought out. I called down to the front desk for a extra blanket and they ran out of them. The desk clerk said " we usually don't run out. And probably most of the blankets are in still in unoccupied rooms. They forgot to bring them back down to housekeeping". Why can't someone pick the blankets up? Not now too busy.

Super clean. Very modern and up to date. The pool and hot tub design was very fun!

The pool was a bit chilly, the vent fan didn’t work in our bathroom, the beds weren’t the most comfortable I’ve slept in.

Great Breakfast, room nice size, clean and cool. The air conditioner was on to cool room before I got there making room comfotable on a hot day.

Nothing, nice room I was very satisfied with my stay.

Bed was comfy.

The fact that when I booked I was not given the option for my veterans discount, but if I went through the hotel themselves I would have. I feel disappointed with booking with BOOKING.COM.

The night manager wasn’t readily available when we arrived (approx. 1am). When he finally came to the front desk, he was less than pleasant. I realize this is a late night shift and it is hard to be pleasant. but he could have been more welcoming. other that minor issue, everything else was good.

Very clean and the breakfast was EXCELLENT!!!!! Staff was friendly upon arrival. Staff answered any questions about Brighton that we brought to their attention. Manager noticed an oversite in our reservation and corrected it for us.

Very friendly staff and good service. Nice Breakfast with good choices for an American breakfast. Very big rooms, perfect for a 1st night after intercontinental flight.

Relatively loud due to the highway in direct neighborhood

The hotel was very clean. The room was also very clean and spacious. The bed was fantastic! Breakfast was great and I was pleasantly surprised that it started at 6a. Room was definitely worth the money. I choose this location because it was an easy drive to the airport with no traffic on a Monday morning.

The only negative I can say was that the spa was closed.

The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel, there were several choices of food items. we enjoyed the pancakes, very good.

We really didn't see anything that we were displeased about.
