The young lady at the front desk (Isabella) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

The initial room that I had was not what I asked for. I needed t two queen beds since I was traveling with my wife and 15 year old. I was not gonna put my 15 year old on a fold out sofa bed. We were then placed in a room with the appropriate beds HOWEVER, on of the beds had, what appeared to be blood splatter on the bed skirt. We were then place in another room later that day with two queen beds. Very poor in regards to housekeeping not paying attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.

I did an extensive amount of research related to getting a shuttle from the airport. We had a flight that arrived in the evening. I wanted to book a hotel that had a 24 hr/day shuttle and that is the main reason that I booked at this hotel. Little did I know that my daughter would break her leg and require surgery the day before our flight. So, our flight was delayed and I was very grateful for the 24 hr/day shuttle. I called while at baggage claim and they sent a shuttle right away. It was pouring and the shuttle driver was very nice. The hotel staff was very accommodating. They gave us a room close to the elevator for my daughter and they gave us a trash bag to cover her cast. I read reviews complaining about the breakfast - but honestly the breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and completely fine! There were plenty of choices and options.

There was NOTHING that I did not like. it was a great experience all around.

convenient to airport quiet, on a side street big rooms with a kitchenette if you need a bite, the hotel bar serves small dishes and the are restaurants 10 min away on foot

breakfast was OK, a bit skimpy on the healthier choices (but the eggs, sausage and potatoes were very good, according to husband)

close to the airport, breakfast included and a kitchen in the room

the only glitch was the front desk couldn’t add my HH number because I forgot to ask until I checked out. seems like they could have been able to help me

Not much for breakfast. And at check in they tried to move us to the Tru side but we’ve stay there before and I wasn’t having it so they miraculously found an available room on the home wood side.

We only stayed for one night but the experience was great. The rooms are comfy, new and very well maintained. The staff was excellent and there were great amenities.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The room was awesome, having a small kitchen and sitting/tv area. When I pass through Denver again, I will definitely be staying here! Excellent stay!

Our room was so much more than expected. The tv, small kitchen, and lobby were our favorites! The outdoor area was perfect to relax after a long day of driving.

No hot tub :-( only complaint

receptionist was superb, helpful and friendly even at 12.am midnight and again at 7.am the next morning

Comfortable, modern room. East access from airport

There is another hotel nearby with the same name. This is confusin and several in our party went to the wrong hotel.
