Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver International Airport

Lovely suite with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent with omelettes cooked to order. Happy hour with free drinks was great apart from very slow food service. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

The food we ordered during happy hour took over an hour to arrive. There was only one member of staff serving and seemed only to be one another preparing the meals. Also before our stay I asked three times for details of the free shuttle from the airport but heard nothing back. (Go to west Side, door 512, island 3, shuttles every half hour at 15 and 45 when we used them)

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor hot tub. We liked the spacious main entrance, with sittings and the bar and restaurant. the complimentary breakfast was very much appreciated. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip in Colorado.

We liked everything. I didn’t give all the stars because of a couple of reasons: 1) front desk personnel and shuttle driver were kind of cold, like if they didn’t care. they were not bad, but definitely very cold. 2) Pool had no clean towels. I went at the front desk to ask for one, and very coldly the lady told me she will have someone bring them there. I knew right away this would not happened. After 45 minutes, still no clean towels. 3) we reserved the shuttle for 9:30, but it arrived at 9:40. I usually wouldn’t care about this delay, but I thought that for an hotel outside the airport, the punctuality of the shuttle is important.

The staff were really helpful, rooms were large and comfortable and the pool was great! We ordered snacks in the bar which were lovely. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport as this was the last night of our holiday. The complimentary laundry, late check out and mimi bus to the airport really helped make our last day as comfortable as possible. It’s totally worth paying a little extra for this hotel.

The breakfast was great. The omelet station is quite a luxury for an all included breakfast. I left my expensive ski jacket at the business desk. Staff could not have been better about keeping it for the week for me and lettings me pick it up on my way back for the 2.5 hour drive from Vail on the way to the airport. I also really liked the rooms having the separate living room. My daughter's friend was doing a job interview the morning we were there and so happy she could have that professional space for the Zoom call and loved the 12 noon check out. Again thank you.

The signage for the bus at the airport a bit confusing if you don't hear they message that a different company is picking you up.

Hotel is beautiful inside. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was great, even included omelette station. Room was spacious with a living room and separate bedroom (2tvs, would be great when traveling with kids)

The only thing I didn’t like was the paid parking, I do feel Iike parking should be included in my nightly rate, I do understand paid parking for convention attendees or party (wedding or baby shower) guests

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved having a nice soft bed and two televisions. The bathroom was nice. I loved the mounted soap and lotion dispensers. Breakfast was also great!

The airport shuttle was only on time when certain people were driving, the shuttle was not visibly marked (small signage laid on the dashboard), and I was not told for morning pick/drop off to sign up for the shuttle the night before.

Great atmosphere with larger than normal rooms. Nice outdoor hottub. Happy hour with complimentary drinks was bonus. Airport shuttle is free and service was good. Very close to conference center .

Some younger staff at front desk pre occupied with their phones. Perhaps indication of times we are in. Tad far from down town if that's your thing but food is relatively close.

Location was great, room was spacious and lobby and restaurants were amazing. Staff at front desk not so much.

Front-desk attendee Tania was awfully rude and unwilling to help. My reservatipn couldnt be found and she refused to looo or help find a solution. If it wasnt for Will I would have been without a room for my children and I. Will contacted management who helped find my reservation and had is in a room in 10mins. He is the true hero. Tania needs remedial customer service classes.

Nice clean area,not too far from downtown.

Microwave was dirty

Kendra at the front desk was amazing-she was completely packed with guests and kept things moving. She is a fantastic person.

This is an old building; it has been well maintained but is not the newest place. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but was warm and the staff was very friendly.
