The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got in late, so we weren't able to partake of their breakfast in the morning, but they made a great suggestion for breakfast out. Facility was very clean. This was a great location to stay being so close to the airport the night before we headed up into the mountains. We would definitely stay again!

The only issue was parking. They had much of the rear parking lot blocked off for some construction, so there weren't enough parking spaces on their lot for all their guests.

Check in was simple and the room was nice.

The little coffee maker and the coffee pod packets were not compatible at all. I had to hold the pod tray with the coffee ground packet balanced over the cup while it brewed. This in itself was precarious and a bit dangerous as it could've resulted in spillage and or steam burns. However there was coffee available in the dining area that we could've used had we thought about it.

Alrhough I booked well in advance because I wanted to stay at the Days Inn. My early booking didn't have any financial advantages. I sat in the lobby and everyone there paid a lot less for one night that I did.. someone paid over $50 less than I did.. this made me cross. In future I will not book in advance even if it means me not stopping at the Days Inn

Breakfast was three shades beyond horrendous. Why cannot American hotels add $5 to the room rate and provide a decent breakfast? Are American companies SO money hungry and SO desperate to squeeze every cent and provide their customers the LEAST for their money that they throw at us some nominal slop and call it “breakfast”? Have we really descended THAT low? Learn from hotels in Montenegro, Croatia and Slovenia, where even 3-star hotels (who by the way have super competitive rates) offer amazing breakfast buffets included in the rate.

Basic hotel. The checking in staff was very friendly. The staff checking out in the morning was really not paying attention to the people, but he said we were good to go. The check in staff recommended a nearby restaurant and we got door dash from there-- fast and easy to do

We were charged 8 extra dollars and then 8 again for parking in the hotel parking lot-- not for an extended stay, but because we checked in one day and checked out the next. We had to pay 2 days of parking. Booking customer service said the hotel would refund us the charges, but they didn't. I can understand the pay if you are leaving your car, but seriously on the night we checked in and then out? (And I have had to pay for hotel garages in cities before, but the hotel explains the extra charge up front)

We booked this very last minute through Booking.com - but because it was so late it rolled over to the next day's bookings. When we arrived, the front desk couldn't find our reservation and when he did, he said it was for the next night's stay and if we wanted to stay over THAT night we would have to book (and pay for) another room. It was 2:30 in the morning and we were exhausted - so we did. I completely understand that the front desk person was just following the rules. I was stressed about this - but I did get in touch with the manager when we arrived home and he was incredibly kind and professional!! He solved the problem, removed the charge and was so patient and understanding about what happened. It started off as a stressful experience but ended up as a reminder of all the kindness there is in the world. Thank you!!!

The value for the stay to include shuttle and bfast was ideal for staying near airport and the checkin and check out was smooth.

I didn’t like the smoky smell left from other rooms. The amenities are old and need to be updated and the location is quite far from the airport and is ideal only if you have time to catch the hotel shuttle otherwise it will cost you roughly $35 for a taxi one way to your hotel or the airport. The shuttle times should be extended because they don’t accommodate if you have a really early flight (example internal flight 6am) nor if you have a really late night flight (example, arriving after 10:30pm). The breakfast suffices and does the job.

The shuttle service was so convenient and easy. Front desk staff were incredibly respectful and helpful. Clean room and amenities! Quick walk to 7/11 to grab essentials.

The lighting in the room could definitely be improved. Maybe an overhead light of sorts. The corners of the bed were a little messy and not put together. They were all untucked and covered in dust.

It’s the closest budget hotel to the airport and has a dependable shuttle..perfect for an overnight connection or flight interruption. I’m not rating it for a vacation.. just a handy overnight. It has a breakfast, as well. There is a convenience store and places to eat a quick walk away.

I had a difficult time contacting the hotel for a shuttle from the airport. The number I was given was never answered even after multiple tries. Luckily another hotel shuttle was kind enough to drop me close to the hotel. Also pretty limited breakfast items.
