The room was spacious with a full kitchen, tv, couch, and king sized bed. The bathroom was large and everything worked well and the bed was comfortable. The stay came with free wifi and breakfast.

Their online says that their airport shuttle runs at 4AM every 30 minutes which is extremely deceiving. It actually starts at 4:30AM. The reason I stayed here was for an early flight that needed me to depart the hotel at 4AM. I had to take a $30 uber 10 minutes away from the hotel to make my flight. It would be nice if the hotel could either update their hours to match their shuttle times or have their shuttle actually start at 4AM.

Unfortunately, shuttle bus does not run late, which meant a considerable cost in taxi from Denver Airport on arrival.

Property was immaculate, the lobby was bright and welcoming. We stayed twice on this trip—the first leg we arrived in the middle of the day and we were greeted with smiles and a quick process to our room. On our 2nd stay our plane had been delayed by several hours and I had forgotten to call the hotel to let them know we would be very late. When we arrived the very very kind desk clerk said that they had marked us as a “no show” but he was going to quickly remedy the issue and give us our room at the same rate. (He could not have been kinder or more professional)he also asked if we would like a late check out and we happily said yes. I thought for sure a “late” check out would be 1PM at the latest. Nope—we were allowed to check out at 4 PM and when we did they had a shuttle waiting to take us to the airport. These are THE most comfortable beds I’ve slept in and I have traveled much of the US and some internationally. I told my husband that due to beds and the large shower that this hotel will be my go-to while visiting Denver. It may be a bit of a drive into the city from there, but everything about this place makes it worth it. I can’t thank you all enough. We were stragglers at 4 AM and were treated with such warmth and kindness that I will forever to loyal to the Hyatt brand.

I have no complaints whatsoever about the property.

We did not realize when booking the property that we would be staying in a suite. We thought of it like any other hotel: king bed and a bathroom. When we checked-in we were blown away: we were basically in a one-bedroom apartment, with a couch/living room space, and a kitchenette and breakfast table. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom big enough for two of us to be more than comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Denver (with the intention of staying near the airport). We were traveling for a work conference that was only a mile away, so for this trip, location was definitely convenient.

The location is somewhat remote and very close to the airport, so Downtown is a good 30 minutes away. Not any fault of the property, but something to be mindful of.

Very nice facility! Just not very friendly.

If you’re a member you are treated much differently than if you’re just the average person checking in. Our person was curt and down right rude. No info on WiFi, no checkout time. Didn’t tell us about breakfast or the times. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk in the morning he told me it was because we were booking through a third party and not a Hyatt member. I told him that answer was unacceptable. Everyone should be treated the same.

Really comfortable, clean, modern and spacious room.

Walls are pretty thin. Could hear neighbouring guests (loud walking in room above, water moving through pipes). If you’re a light sleeper this is something to keep in mind. For a quick, one night stay this wasn’t an issue for me, but it would have been if it was a longer stay. Breakfast was okay—nothing special but did have hot options—eggs, sausage, porridge, potatoes. Decent selection of cold options. No waffles, though, as stated on the site. Again, not a big deal but if you read it on the site you might be disappointed when it’s not available. It’s possible that it just wasn’t available during my visit.

The breakfast was great! The bed was comfy, the shower was good size. The pool was nice to go to to cool off. Great restaurant (Tower Tap and Grill) within walking distance as well as 7/11. Location was 20min outside of Denver and close to surrounding areas. Free shuttle to and from the airport.

The jacuzzi didn’t work while we were there but at least there was still the pool. The dinner options could have been better at the hotel but a lot was out of stock. Luckily, there was door dash/uber and restaurants near by, as well as 7/11 for cheaper snacks than hotel price.

I travel constantly. I have stayed in more hotels than I can count it seems! Most of the time the hotels I stay at are adequate, sometimes inadequate. I was so pleasantly surprised by this stay! The room was extremely clean and the bed and pillows were luxurious! I was so sad to leave. I would have loved to remain in that bed for days! The shower was superb, so roomy and a fabulous shower head and strong water pressure! I’ve stayed in a few other hotels in the Denver area, this hotel was most definitely the best! Excellent customer service as well.

It was perfect

Room was spacious and clean -- loved having the sitting area, kitchen was great. Beds were very nice and comfortable. Bath large and nice.

$14 daily parking charge --- you are out in the middle of no-where, it's not like there is a premium for parking space. We stayed there to provide ease of access to return rental car and get to airport. I overheard one guest having trouble with getting the airport shuttle early in the morning because it was already booked up. I'm glad we had our car or we would have had the same problem---but paying $14 for parking for the night was overkill.

Hotel room was beyond what I expected. Felt very luxurious. After being exhausted from running a week long conference, I slept 11 1/2 hours in a wonderful bed!

The only problem I had was the shuttle driver dropped us all off in one place. United gave me instructions where to be dropped at their gate entrance and he pretended he didn't know where that was. I had to run to my gate to the other side and could have missed my flight.
