as a single woman I felt safe. the airport shuttle was on time and the breakfast was okay. I love having a shower instead of a tub/shower combination.

I love to drink coffee. I drink coffee before I go to bed and as soon as I wake up. The rooms did not have any coffee pots. this couldn’t be because of Covid rules because at breakfast on every table were ketchup bottles, hot sauce bottles and salt and pepper shakers that were never cleaned the 30 minutes I sat in their dining area. That makes me wonder why they won’t put coffee pots back into the rooms. they did have coffee in the lobby, but when I went to get a cup two different times it would be cold, and I do t want to have to be dressed to go the lobby late at night or early in the morning so,I can have coffee. Sorry, but because of that I would not stay at the Hilton TRU again.

The reception staff was SUPERB! From checking all the rooms in to getting the little things we needed, like scotch tape & extra pillows they were fantastic! We all were SO impressed with the breakfast buffet as well!!! So many options there was something for everyone in our large group!

Breakfast was typical fare, except for the pancakes, which were good and made with a digital machine. Nice lobby, but a small eating area. Nice long bench in room for putting suit cases.

Needed end tables on both sides of the bed. Shower door didn't fully close so water came out on the floor when showering.

Close to airport, airport shuttle and they let me check in before 1500 so I could get some rest because I had been awake for about 48 hours. Very clean and quiet. The personnel are TOP NOTCH and extremely helpful.

I am hearing impaired and the TV only had close captioning. I wish there would have been a way to change the audio settings.

Good breakfast. Airport shuttle was on time. Clean facilities. The restaurant has limited hours and nearby eateries are a half mile away. While there are less expensive motels nearby I was willing to pay more for a large room with a large bath and a big screen TV. Tru by Hilton met my expectations.

Restaurant was closed by 7:00 on a Sunday night.

It was clean and the location is conveniently located near the Denver Airport.

It was quite noisy. Doors closing woke me up at around 4am and from then on I consistently heard them. I usually sleep pretty heavily - I was surprised at how loud it all was.

It felt like home. We were not limited with breakfast, it was tasty, excellent. Staff was extra nice to have my children utilize the swimming pool although they rented one block down at another location. (Pool was down for maintenance)

I have no story here. Nothing to complain about. It was all awesome! I would go back anytime, any day. Good job Staff!! Your all doing well.

The staff was responsive and flexible.

My room was on the first floor at the end of the hall, so I could hear the clicking of the outside door. It almost sounded like someone was coming in my room, although I know they weren't.

The property condition is good. Large enough parking around the property. Close to the airport, which is nice when arriving late at night.

The swimming pool area was not super clean, we still got into the pool, but the ground around it was not clean. The breakfast was also a bit light, not much to choose from.

Had an electric car, nice to charge. The location was convenient near the airport, easy to get in and out

Our fridge kept making noise all night l, had to unplug it. Upstairs neighbors made a lot of noise well after quiet hours.
