Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Located right across from airport just a 7 minute drive away. A free shuttle runs daily to the cruise ship terminal and the airport.

The mattress on the sleeper sofa could have been better.

Girl at Front desk doing check in when we arrived was NOT the least bit friendly. She barely spoke and when she did it was 1-2 sharp words.

This is a very busy hotel. Many many people are staying before the embark on a cruise, so many people are anxious to get their breakfast and go to the ship. The staff (desk, breakfast and room) handled this so very well. Since we couldn't use the shuttle to the port until 12:30, we opted to take an Uber. The lady at the front desk was so patient when I let her know we were 'cancelling' our spot on the shuttle. She was multi tasking taking care of many guests at a time, all with a smile, and keeping things straight. The people doing the breakfast also stayed on top of the crowd.

Perhaps you could let people know to wait at the airport bus stops numbers 7 or 15 ahead of time rather than calling. This would free up the person who has to answer all these calls, and streamline the process for your guests who are unfamiliar with the area. (There may be reasons you don't put this on your web site, but once you send confirmation, it would be seen only by your scheduled guests).

They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the cruise port. The breakfast was nice also.

Staff was very accommodating to my late arrival! One of us in the group drove and ended up arriving a day before I did because my flight was delayed. The reservation was in my name but staff allowed my guest to be added as check in person and gave her no issues when she arrived without me. Our room was very spacious and stocked with extra blanket/pillows/etc in closet which came in handy without having to bug front desk staff.

I wish the space in the breakfast area was a little bigger or the setup was different so it didnt seem so tight. Also, the water temperature in the shower was a little challenging

Location excellent near the airport, and with restaurants, fast food, gas station with convenience store... All nearby. I've stayed at many Miami Airport area hotels in this price range and this one wins hands down. Especially with High speed internet which is actually high speed. The wifi was fantastic, head and shoulders above other area hotels who provide low speed unreliable wifi. The wifi alone made me want to always come back

Maybe the suite sofa and lounge furniture could be refreshed, but it was fine

We had a suite and plenty of room for 5 of us. Three teenagers and 2 adults. We loved breakfast and the bus driver to the airport was amazing!!

The pick up transfer from airport to hotel never happened. We were standing in the wrong location. Maybe the wording can be different since we were unfamiliar with Miami airport.

I wouldn't rely on the hotel shuttle to the cruise port and for that to be a deciding factor on this hotel. First come first served, so if you arrive late like we did, it's all booked up. Not a huge problem for us, we just got an uber and went when we wanted to go vs. shuttle times but if you want to save money and use the shuttle, make sure you check in early. Can't book shuttle until you check in.
