Comfort Suites Niceville Near Eglin Air Force Base

The breakfast provided was good. The staff hustled to keep up with the customer's needs during the peak time periods. They did a great job! In fact their efforts brought my overall staff rating up. Next survey should rate staff of various elements individually to get true results (i.e. customer service desk, maintenance, breakfast staff).

Customer Service Staff seemed to be "doing the job" but lacked positive attitude. When assistance was needed or a question presented to them it seemed as if they were "bothered" by the requirement to respond. They were not rude but they certainly were not approachable.

I stay here every couple of months visiting family so I've seen the changes over the past several years. Hotel was updated a few years ago and it still looks new. Hotel is always very clean. The staff is great...very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast which is included with your stay is a great deal...and coffee all day. Love the free cold fruit infused water too.

During this stay the first night I noticed the tub/shower drained Very slowly, BUT I told front desk the next morning and maintenance took care of it while I was out for the day. Great and prompt service!

The bed was comfy and clean. The whole building was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our tv wouldn't work and the manager lady, can't remember her name, came up and fixed it. She had to pull all the furniture out to fix it, but she did it and with a smile too. It was Halloween and the staff dressed up, that was cute.

You can't see the sign or building because trees block it. The food was cold. Need to turn the heat up on the warmers. Elevator was very slow. Didn't seem to recognize when the button was pushed.

COMFORT Suites in Niceville Florida all we can say is "Sweat" they have the best hotel breakfast in Okaloosa County Hands Down!! Me and my family felt so comfortable here and for a good sized hotel when we where in our room it was Very Quiet I Would Say 95 % of the time and if you have stayed in alot of hotels then you know that's says alot and lastly but not least the price at the time we booked 1 week in advance and we we got to the end of our booking the price for the whole week we stayed 7 days total was after our stay and what we got and how we slept and how comfortable and doing so research for what you get get all in all was so very very competitive price or Rate So All and All 9 out 10 Stars for My Family and Also the Staff Are Very Professional Warm Welcoming And Make My Family Right At Home My Son Loved Those Choclate Chip Cookies And We Might Of Had More Then One Each Great Staff!!!

You know this The First Time Ever In My 42 Years of staying away from home at Hotels And Motels That I honestly can't think of 1 Bad thing to say about Comfort Suites in Niceville Florida!!!

I loved how friendly the staff was. They always had a smile on their faces. They were there to answer my questions.

The only thing was the pull out bed was very uncomfortable for my son's. They took turns sleeping on it. They complained the mattress was thin and could feel springs.

The location and very clean ! Me wife and 3 kids ages 21,19,10 All enjoyed the free breakfast and the lemonade during the day near the elevator! This is our go to place when we visit our son stationed At Elgin

Everything was good ! The pool was a lil too small got crowded but it was 4th of July wknd so it’s understandable..

The rooms were very clean and extra pillows/blankets were available for the pull out sofa bed. Enough towels in the room. Breakfast was good, they kept it stocked. I ended reserving for another night right before scheduled checkout and they were very accommodating. The pool is a bit on the smaller side, but clean. It’s about 30 minutes from the destin boardwalk. Overall very good hotel.

Did see a couple of bugs on the floor in entryway, but our room was next to pool area.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Hotel overall was clean and updated. Plenty of towels/bath linens. Good selection of cold breakfast items.

Quality of hot/(cooked) breakfast items was just okay. Lighting in bathoom was dim. I'm not sure if a bulb was out or just low wattage.

I like the size of the room. Very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of blackest and pillows. Room was dark and cold as need it for a great stay.

I didn't like the breakfast. It was not available, no pancake machine, no variety. It took a long time before eggs were available to eat with my breakfast. Perhaps staff could be a little bit more friendly.

The property was the second hotel I had checked my family in on our short vacation stay in Niceville Florida. I can promise you one thing for sure, I will continue to book every vacation stay my family has in Destin/Niceville at the comfort suites! The stay was luxurious! They were my rescue! They were sweet and very caring and understanding! We were all very sick to begin with but didn’t want to cancel our vacation. But all three have of us girls were still off to visit the second best man in our life’s, my son, their brother, who’s stationed in Niceville Florida. Strept, double ear infection and Florida do not mix. When we arrived, we were just wanting to maybe check in a little early and relax and get in the pool after our flight! We were not able to check in our hotel until after the normal check in . At that time we found numerous of horrific things including black mold, bed bugs, black paint over dirty walls and flooring, and a yellow pool. Eewwwww! I had to get out and find another hotel. Needless to say as packed as the comfort suites were, they made room for me and my family to have some where safe, sanitary, comforting, to spend our next 4 days of vacation of total hell! We had ER visits and shots and steroids during these times too. But comfort suites made it so much better for us. Thanks for caring and rescuing us from hell in the first place.
